I'm not really sure what that has to do anything but if the police followed me, and only me, to work for no particular reason I might question them. But they haven't done that. They've filmed people at a public event which (and let's be honest) is renowned for having its fair share or trouble makers, based on intelligence. Seems perfectly reasonable to me. Like I said, do nothing wrong and you have nothing to worry about, surely? Aw others have pointed out, you get filmed on CCTV pretty much everywhere you go these days anyway, so what difference does it make if somebody is just holding the camera in front of you, rather than just watching you from a control room somewhere in the back of the stadium?

We do not have more fans for big games. We have exactly the same amount of fans, only generally the bigger, more important games tend to attract those who can't afford season tickets/physically can't make it to every game. I've supported Saints most of my life, but I'm pretty poor at the moment and live a few hours away from Southampton now. I make an extra effort though (like many thousand other fans who have lives which don't revolve entirely around football), to get to the more glamorous or important games (i.e. the Walsall game last season, Pompey games, relegation 6 pointers etc.). That doesn't mean I never go to any other games either though. I do. As do many others, but generally speaking more people go to the bigger games. The concept really isn't that difficult to grasp is it?. I very much doubt many people at the West Ham game last month, at Walsall or Man United last season, or Pompey later this season have never been to a Saints game. In fact, I'd hazard a guess that the vast majority go to at least 3 or 4 games per season.

I think games get abandoned if you're reduced to 7 men so I doubt that'd ever happen.

Honestly, I'm not joking. And "my source" (look at me, I'm all ITK ) today re-affirmed it for me. Apparently, they wanted to move it away from America and try and appeal more to a European market again. However, at early stages of production they brainstormed through suggestions such as London (which they did back in the day so didn't want to do again), Paris and Rome. In the end they apparently decided on a medium sized city (Nottingham), because they wanted the game to reflect fairly high car-crime rates in a setting a lot of people might not be immediately familiar with. One of the tasks in the game supposedly involved doing something at a "soccer" game and another involves going to a rural area in Sherwood forest.

Mate who works for Rockstar has just text me to say GTA V will be set in Nottingham. Don't know if it's true or not, but he's a pretty reliable source.
