Why can we only play well one half? Adkins needs to get them straight off the blocks, not giving every team a head start. All the rubbish I've read about plan B's on this site, makes me think that our Plan A needs a bit of work just now. Happy with win though, and going to have a few beers to celebrate.

I would drop Hammond and play Puncheon as an attacking midfield player with Dickson on the left. I know Puncheon in inconsistant, but he gets involved and can be dangerous.

I can't believe this decision. I think the majority of fans will be disapointed. Also I think the small minority of people who are pleased are giving Cortese too much credit for his football knowledge. I'm trying hard to think what he has got right apart from appointing Pardew.
