Do the ticket office staff still read this forum? If so would one of them please give me a valid reason why its OK to charge a booking fee for a ticket that can only be collected? Surely this is breaking their own rules they set out in the first place!

It doesn't help using a contracted out company that pays peanuts and employs monkeys. A couple of weeks ago I bought a round that came to something like £12.20. I gave the lad serving a £20 note and the odd change to try and save a bit of time. It took him a full 30 seconds and me telling him twice that he needed to give me a tenner back. Idiots like this are one of the reasons its so slow.

I don't usually go the abusive route but Alpine, STFU, seriously, you haven't got a clue. Although born in Southampton, and living here now, I was brought up in Liverpool. I was 14/15 at the time of the match. I can remember it like it was yesterday. First of all reports came through that there had been a pitch invasion, but then it got far more sinister until the full horror finally hit. The confusion was immense, no mobile phones back then remember. People being told there sons and daughters were OK only to find out they were actually dead, and the other way round. I had friends at the game, thank God they all made it home again. This isn't about damages, or whining or whatever else you want to level at it. Its about closure, for people who have had 22 years of not knowing why their loved ones didn't come back from a football match.

Whats more annoying is the clock at the civic centre plays that fecking tune. Grrrr

How difficult is it to 'take over' a twitter account? Just seems a bit strange that Matty stops using twitter, then suddenly starts again but just posts controversial stuff. I'm far from convinced its him.
