I really hope no one connected with the club reads this forum or they would really think their fans are the most unappreciative idiots in football.

This club (and any other club for that matter) have got nowhere sacking managers every time we hit a sticky patch of form. Do our fans really have such short memories? Give him at least the whole of next season to prove himself and then evaluate the clubs performance under his management. Besides, who do you want in that is better? Mourinho? I watched it too. Said the deal would be complete by Tuesday at the latest. Also, Falkia's lawyers are dealing with some un-pleasant reporting from the Echo about him not having any money etc. We've heard this a lot in the past 2 weeks, but once again, Le Tissier urged us to be patient and trust him. Roll on Tuesday!

Is this now the longest thread in the history of TSF and SFE? For what its worth, in my opinion, if Pinnacle really cared about SFC and wanted to secure its future it would just buy the bloody club now and deal with anything else once the club is secure.

What a massive let down today has been. It's no more than I expected TBH though. Nothing ever seems to go smoothly with Saints. Yesterday all seemed to good to be true ... looks like it probably was

Here is one for any Saints stats guru out there! I am going to get a season ticket this year for the first time and I want to know which end gets the most goals; Northam or Chapel? It may sway my decision about where to sit!

It's enough for me! I have never been in secure enough situation financially to pay for a season ticket. But this year I have had a good promotion and some spare cash and I am more than willing to spend it on a season ticket for the first time as with someone like Le Tissier involved you know that they are only going to do what is best for the club. It really feels like we could have something great building, and I dont care that its league one, it could be the blue sqaure league - as long as the atmosphere and passion is back the stadium will be full if there is a team and owners that fans believe in. It really is shocking that Saints fans are turning on each other in these circumstances. Whether you go to every game or only manage a few per season, we all support the same club. As for leaving early - you pay your money you take a chance. It is a deeply frustrating time to support Saints and just because you get so dissappointed that you get out early it doesnt mean you cant be bothered to rough out the bad times. And to be honest there has been so much trouble at Saints games lately you cant blame families etc for wanting to beat the rush at the end. We all still suffer when we turn up for work and get a ribbing from our friends/workmates etc.
