TBF it was Clynes error conceding the freekick. Utterly embaressing keeping though.

Anyone else reminded of Poortvliets reign..?

Golden thread this for the sheer amount of fu.ckwittage on display. Lol at all who compared a team that achieved b-to-b promotions, to the slaughtered kids and rubbish management of JP and especially Wotte. -
Erm, we are in a massive recession/economic slump? Football has lost a little of its shine? Could be loads of things.
-
Was not convinced he could do it, but has made the jump up IMHO. Now a decent mid-table premiership centre back. Pleased for him and happy that he will only get better. No idea what the slump in form in the second half of last season was about though, but it definately happened. Just knackered??

Depends if you have to take what you can get. Personally I've always had the luxury of being the 'chooser' rather than the 'beggar', so would be confident of not having to settle for a fat bird with a tash and body-odour issues. More Jennifer Aniston and less Big Fat Greek Wedding. Can I also add how much I enjoy the powerful homemade booze they all seem to make in the countryside. Doesn't appear to matter whether they are supposed to be making wine, oozo or whatever, its always about 30% proof. Great stuff.

Greek. They love the sun, sea, great food and community. Also, capable of going from utter disinterest to ridiculous unwarranted rage in about 2 seconds. My kind of people.

Golden Thread please.

Impressed by his attitude and by some of his performances. If he keeps going in this direction he will do his talent justice... and score more goals in the prem. He himself talked about the confidence/belief that the QPR victory will give the squad. (I'm actually optimistic for the first time this season - draw against Newcastle please and I'll begin to believe).
-
Just because he hasn't been mentioned much yet... what a game Clyne had too. Some great crucial tackles early on, and vital for Punches goal. Has reached premeirship class.
-
I was there, 10 yrs old - didn't know what the fu ck was going on. How was that goal ever dissallowed!!!!!

"Govt backed stimulus (olympics) prompts economic growth" shock!

In situations such as these I always ask myself if I would believe the official line if I was reading about it having taken place in Russia. If it sounds like bull.sit, it probably is.

I too smell a rat. And anyway, even assuming everything is as it appears to be at face value, surely there remains at least two unanswered questions that are much more important than the beeb: i) If not Lord McA, then who was it? ii) Why did the police tell the abused that it was Lord McA? (Mr Messham was not the only one apparently).

Please stop. Making any connection between my big balls and Turdish (its just so fu.cking funny) is making me queasy and depressed.

...again.

What was in it for us? Ask the multi-million pound earning business consultant Tony Blair... It wasn't a conspiracy, just a greedy, deluded c.nt who believed his own hype, enabling him to justify anything to himself. Anyway, remind me who was the other person to resign over the Westland affair?

Thought it was supercool amazeballs. That is all.

Tool who lies and regularly cheats his wife and children. Nice chap.

Positives - Fonte looking good at the back again, Gazza capable, Chaplow and especially Guly did well on as subs. Negatives - Jos obvs. and yoshi didn't look as assured as he has done - theres just not enough composure at the moment at the back... does my head in; injuries - as has already been said, Gaston would have murdered them. Finally, J-rod continues not to impress.... Still, we're fourth from bottom.

I make my judgements on the basis of previous observations. On that basis, no you don't detect any prejudice, just a reasonable assessment based on evidence. "Your honour, I give you the Wealth Tax thread.... and I rest my case." -

I don't wish to be rude, but you do have a certain track record... -

Daily Fail cliche alert. Never before has an avatar been so ill-judged. -
Sigh... don't know if you've noticed but standing for election costs money, organising a party costs money, infiltrating the cosy media/politician relationship is nigh on impossible, printing leaflets and hanging billboards isn't free, producing TV adverts is quite pricey... and I don't know any tax-evading kings of Belize/have a mainline from union subscriptions. Perhaps of you engaged your brain for more than two secconds you'd realise that 'black and white'/'common-sense'/simpleton explanations/platitudes just don't cut it anymore. Makes you look like a complacent, smug little t.it. Which I;m sure you're not???
