  1. Slam in the LAMB
  2. All we see is Rickieeeeeeee scoring
  3. If any person doubts Pulis achievements in Football they must read this link. If you have seen him play or not, this guy sums up the joke that SFC was , any freebie going would have been turned into Pele under the "Orange order" we signed him with a broken foot FFS The sooner the dross has f@@@ked off the better http://www.soccerbase.com/players_details.sd?playerid=37550
  4. I have not seen him play , however, his web site makes very interesting reading... http://www.michaelantonio.com/
  5. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/DisabledFans/0,,10280,00.html When you consider what the options are"down the road" in this field I believe SMS and SFC already offers first, if not world class facilities.
  6. Comming out of that forum last night was so refreshing , I thought NC demonstrated what an asset he is for the club , the part about being custodians of the club was excellent. He stayed behind at the end and was happy to talk , be photographed with individuals and took time out to speak to a young disabled lad who enquired about transport for away games. AP was I thought fantastic in his responses to questions , he communicates very well , talking about the issue about AL moving to a premiership club really demonstrated his ability to talk to players on their level. I felt he really is 100% behind the new management system , their plans forward for the club and expressed the pressure many mangers are under. His talk about being appointed on his birthday was great , plus the fact that he had 53 voice messages left on his phone from agents from all over who are trying to introduce "Bob Bloggs" . He indicated that the DPF role has worked well and he has no problem with it being introduced at SFC , although NC did say he has not spoken to anyone about the role , it is just an idea to be discussed. AP dealt with some of the "silly" questions well and obviously is not someone who feels intimidated by a select few, he knows how to conduct him self very well. One thing NC did express was the clubs desire to be considered for the 2018 world cup venue , in his own words, " If the people down the road can't sort themselves out , we will be ready to offer SMS " great stuff.. Great night
  7. But only if the goalposts are jumpers or tracksuit tops apperantly
  8. Well with AP & DW together they most prob have more knowledge of the potential youngsters than the previous management, lets face it Pulis, Forecast, Robertson, Thomas Pekhart ... I doubt they would have even got past the Fax machine bin if they were offered to us today I think AP is a well respected manager in the Uk and the fact that we are a league 1 team it will be difficult to attract some of the bigger names with a world cup pending , hence GR desire to put himself in the international shop window , networking with real managers like AP makes a big difference IMOH of course
  9. I don' think that is a fair assessment of Jacob Mellis when he has attracted interest from Prem clubs whilst at Sheffield United, plus playing at various age levels of England . This loan signing shows some indepth knowledge of the loan system from either AP or DW , I would say they have a bit more of an idea of this network than the Dutch Duo
  10. Apperantly Liverpool were after him when he was with Sheffield United , however he chose a move to the Chelski
  11. With Pardew wanting other teams to fear us , mabe Jacob will be the real pace for Rickie ... looking more like AP & DW getting things in place for service for Rickie to be a goal machine for us. Looking at the potential of Jacob , seems a bit more of an inspiring loan deal that was put together last year
  12. Could be a real decent loan signing , looks very quick on the wing and seems to know where the goals is ....Would he be available for Saturday ?
  13. All the excitment got to me
  14. http://www.chelseafc.com/news/saints-switch-for-jacob-20090814_2243335_1754347 On Chelski web site
  15. Signed on loan until January 2010 , deal completed
  16. When he's got the ball He's got the power He signed for Saints was his finest hour Rickie All we see is Rickie scoring Rickie scoring All we see is Rickie scoring Rickie scoring All to the tune of Radio Ga Ga simple to chant as all good fan songs are
  17. Robbie Savage ... what is he up to following his loan to Brighton, an experienced head in midfield if he can stay fit ....
  18. 10,600 and rising O/S
  19. Surely they would welcome this approach from AP , it may appear for to long now that they have lacked direction, attitude and proper management which in turn has reduced morale. I think what players enjoy is working with a manager who knows what sucess is and how to achieve that, plus that no F== king about is going to tollerated... some thing i belive that went to pot under JP and now AP is picking up the crap left behind, club comes first attitude I expect installed as of today.
  20. I'm in paid today ........... COYR
  21. Was it Anthony Pulis ????
