The problems cannot be solved with a player who is immobile. The problems are in midfield not in attack... We can't get the ball to our attackers that's the problem along with midfielders not making runs.

This was not a 'youth' match..... ! The soft peddling approach preached by some on here is the approach which is steadily getting us into a right mess... The 'everything is fine' phylosophy will and is putting us in danger of a dangerous slide. Everything is 'Evidently' not fine and dandy..... We have a dodgy keeper and and even more dodgy understudy who is in any case mostly injured, we seem to have a conceited thought in the club that we are good - we are no where near good and the direction of travel is South..... Our recruitment has been poor for a while now. Our reserves are nowhere near good enough to be near the first team and losing to a very average Champioship club reserve team only just coming out of a financial crisis... We are far too relaxed about the whole thing born out by the lethargic lack of effort and enterprise from the first team. Someone needs a rocket up their arse!

You say that, however how come there are so many bizzare unbelievable coincidences of the exactly the same mistakes being repeated from last year? That would not be possible without a common denominator or an unbelievable alignment of the stars.....

I damn well hope the players were in on Sunday! They are getting a very soft ride it seems to me. Training is too relaxed, too funny ha ha.... So we were too worn out were we! These guys need to get in the real world and fast.... That includes the bl. dy manager.....! Does anyone have a decent sized garden because Black needs to be put on gardening leave pronto...... Brings Zero, give him a potting shed and some seeds somewhere else !

Without doubt the over relaxed couldn't care less 'banter' we are seeing on the trading ground and elsewhere is a disgrace. Wise up, man up, wake up and start work guys because it is all very lax at the moment. There is nothing to be cocky about at all! WHEN you start performing and working hard on the pitch you have earn't the right to have laugh and joke until then you better start taking your work seriously. As for Black my observation is on the match meltdown but obviously he brings nothing to the party...

Let's get one thing straight. Everything is very suspiciously almost exactly the same as was under Puel. Tadic still taking pens - who on earth would continue with that knowing he is totally useless at them? Literally everyone knows Tadic cannot play on the right but that still persists? Foster is at least due to be benched - plays crap yet still answers to nobody it seems etc etc etc..... Only Black could have influenced a continuance of this rediculous repeating of exactly the same mysterious decisions.... We have problems but Crikey why keep on doing the same things that do not work and we knew didn't work last year... Black has a lot to answer for and should walk !

This is very tactically and personnel aware message. These are the ONLY positions in which JWP and Tadic are effective. If you don't play them there then don't play them. Puel was an expert at working out the best positions and tactics for the team, then changing it all completely for the next game. I have said it before and I will say it again we are making very similar naive decisions now and the common dominator is Black... I just don't see any evidence that he is not having a strong influence on strategies again this season....

Problem is that football coaches are very poor at coaching ..... We need 'sport coaches' who are from other sports and often much more aware of details than 'football people'

Fitness test him every week until he is match fit. Every week he doesn't make it fine him for not doing his job according to his contract. Play him at under 20 level for a few mins until he is match ready. VVD now needs to wise up and be professional. The management should continue with the tough love until he is ready physically and mentally to play in the first team again...

Tadic is only effective on the left, always been the case. Weird that again he doesn't get played there..Concerned about Blacks influence...

There is a lot of talk about individuals here.... I we missing the main point thought though...? Apart from Forster who is really not good enough the rest of the team, though not world beaters are suffering from poor coaching. The players are not supporting the man on the ball. In fact quite the opposite ....All we see is misplaced passes because there is no one to pass to.... It's nothing to do with tactics or formations it's to do with players making themselves available to be passed to. It's basics but the players are hiding and the coaches are letting them get away with it! This has been a common theme from the first friendly this season... Christ even Wolves B Team managed it! Lacking in basics is not acceptable, the buck stops at the Managers door on this one, average players or not!

We are not mugs, however we continue to select a goalkeeper who routinely lets in soft goals almost every week! Not mugs? Not so sure....

Two things have stood out player wise over the last year. FF is not good enough and Tadic should be nowhere near a penalty.....

Couldn't agree more. What on earth is going with using Tadic as our pen taker??? Is this Black in action again? He cannot take penalties - we all know that but Managment don't - How is that??????????
