Agree entirely. He seems to annoy the likes of Delldays and Turkish who spend all their lives on here moaning about "mong boards" whilst posting thousands and thousands of times. Anyone who watched any match in the Euros involving the likes of Spain and Italy would surely have seen the importance of good distribution for any team playing a passing game. I knewexactly what MLGmeant and agreed with him.

Which "poor results" happened under Adkins?. He lost his first match against MK Dons but he had inherited a mess from Wilkins and Pardew and nobody really blamed him for that game. At that stage of the season we had already lost 6 games. We only lost 7 more games in that entire season!! I hardly think that a propaganda campaign to diss Pardew was needed to protect Nigel's record.

Tasty odds. A double with Bet Victor of them going down at 5/1 and Saints to finish in the top 10 pays a nice 60/1. I am not that confident about us finishing in the top 10 ....but I have seen worse bets than that.

Reeves played well when he came on against Millwall in the cup.He then immediately went out on loan for the rest of the season . I could see him making appearances this season.

Cue another page and a half of posts from Turkish and his little chum Dell Days boring the pants off everyone and attacking anyone who dares to suggest that Saints are not the a r s e wipes of the Premier League. This time last year Turkish was going on and on about how we were deluded to expect Jack Cork to prefer lil'ol' Southampton to giants of the English game like Burnley. When we played at Leeds I had the pleasure of sitting amongst the home fans. At times it was so difficult to keep quiet but that is another story. When Billy Paynter came on as sub, the home fans sitting near me (think of Pompey fans with just a little bit more intelligence) went mental. To paraphrase what they were saying He is not a very good footballer and they would be pleased if he did not play ever again for them!! Seems perfect for Pompey then!!

You have a bit of a problem with the idea of 50k stadiums, CL football don't you?? You keep banging on about it - that's the second time today that you have brought it up in completely unrelated threads. For your sake it had better not happen, I doubt if you would be able to cope.

Perhaps sunny jim, you can point me in the direction of the post which says that we are a super club going to be European champiions in a 50,000 seater stadium. Oh and at the same time point me in the direction of any posts when you and delldays have said anything positive about the team you support.
