  1. His identity was revealed. Go to flickerhouse.com. There is even a picture of him there.
  2. Any idea why? His recent posts have been pretty objectionable but that is not unusual. In the last couple of weeks he has not descended to the level of his "smearing excrement over your house" of a month or so ago. Perhaps its just for an accumulation of yellow cards.
  3. Sundance criticises someone else for being a prima donna. What a joke. If you had not noticed it is now the end of October. Why do you keep harping back to last season ? Are you so backward in your thinking that you cannot face the reality of today?? It is blatantly obvious to anyone who is a fan (and I still do not put you into that category despite your protestations) that this team needs some experience to guide it. I would quite happily take any 3 or 4 of those players you list and put them into the team. The youngsters need some experienced heads to guide them - without them all we can see is continuous wallopings by the likes of Swansea - Swansea FFS!!! Picking Scacel and John at Sheff Utd showed what experience allied with youth can do. The penny seemed to be dropping with Rupes and JP. The subsequent loaning of John showed it was a dud penny. Do you still believe in the "revolutionary new coaching system" If so, why??? Oh I am sorry you cannot afford a fiver to tell us. Go on . Ask the nurse who looks after you to lend you a fiver. I am sure it would do you good.
  4. Lowe's biggest problem is his arrogance. Only supreme arrogance and the belief that he knew better than the rest of the football world led to the Lowe inflicted farce of Sturrock / Wigley / Rednapp / Woodwood. Only supreme arrogance could lead him to continue with the revolutionary new coaching scheme and the appointment of fifth tier Dutch managers.
  5. Much of Long Shot's comments are precise and excellently sum up my thoughts. The final paragraph quoted above however is I think superb. If we want to get rid of Lowe then Crouch has to be the executioner. He has the personal fortune and the love for the club that is now needed to sort us out. Like Long Shot, I do not necessarily agree with everything he does. But at least he is a fan and his appointment of Pearson last season was a masterstroke. How does he get rid of Lowe? I do not know. But I am sure that he is hurting as much as we all are from the ineptitude of the "revolutionary new coaching scheme" & he must do whatever he can to save us from the inevitable consequences.
  6. A day later and we haven't heard. Come on Mike. You like to post on here. Why not answer this question?
  7. That is a very good question . We are in dire need of the money that he previously offered and I cannot see anybody objecting. Mike Wilde ohas posted on here before under his own name. Perhaps he would like to do so again and answer this question ....
  8. ...and what really gets me annoyed as well is that we also had top notch catering and the fastest growing radio station in the south of England. ;-) Its all right delldays. One of the luvvies will be on here in a minute to tell us that relegation was inevitable and that our demise had nothing to do with Lowe. If only.
  9. No, no, no!! Administration would mean: 1. Pompey owning SMS. They have been looking for a new stadium for ages. It would make sense for them to buy SMS at the knock down price which the administrator would sell it for. 2. Pompey owning Staplewood.... for exactly the same reasons as they would buy SMS. We would be left training on the Common. 3. Jacksons Farm disappearing - with all the long term potential benefits that would bring. Whatever else happens we must not go into adminstration.
  10. Sundance Beast asks for balanced assessment !!!!!! That must be the funniest comment of the year!!!
  11. Andrew (aka Scooby) no longer writes on this forum now that he has been outed.
  12. Did you enjoy last saturday's match Sundance??
  13. Andrew "Flickerhouse.com " is a "top" filmmaker based in the USA. His next film will be a remake of the Peter Sellers film "Being There" in which a simpleton becomes President of America. He is setting it at a football club in southampton and Rupes will be playing the Peter Sellers role.
  14. Richard Lee - fact 2 - He & his dad keep bees. So does Rupert's favourite mate Lord Marchand (or whatever his name is) ..... aka Sundance Beast (or at least some people think so).
  15. Can the lowe luvvies answer one simple question. Would they continue the nonsense of paying the likes of John and Skacel to sit on their backsides doing nothing or would they play them in a team which is so clearly crying out for their experience?? ... and if they would play them can they please ask their hero to pick them in the team.
  16. I am quite happy with us having Robertson in return for the handbag thief.
  17. I think you are right - he was on the scene BEFORE we were relegated ...but he was only appointed as DoF after we were relegated. the first match of the relegation season was at Villa Park. I remember the MotD camera focussing on him sitting next to Rupert and it be commented upon that he was getting very pally with Rupert.
  18. No . He hanged around with the England Rugby team for at least one season.
  19. Rumour has it that our good mate Andrew aka Scooby is going to start the "Lowe Out" campaign at the next match. As for Sundance.... presumably he is composing his latest diatribe criticising the fans right now.
  20. How can Lowe be messing about with the football team / coaching side?? We are told that he is only able to devote 2 days a week to the club. If he was involved at the club for just 2 days a week & was messing around on the football side he would probably not realise that our back four cannot defend , not realise that we cannot defend from set pieces, would probably forget to order penalty practice ..... Oh my god ... he must be messing around with the team.
  21. But it is always more likely that a team will be relegated if its board ends up appointing 3 permanent managers in the same season like we did. Charlton managed the same feat a couple of years later. they clearly had not learntfrom Lowe's folly.
  22. 4 or 5? I have named 7 who have since gone on to play quite happily in the Premiership. Add the likes of Telfer (who went on to play in the Champions League) , Le Saux , Phillips and there is no way that that squad should have been relegated. If we had stuck with just one manager that season, if we had not appointed Wigley , if we had not then appointed a disinterested manager like Rednapp the players that we had would have had no trouble staying up that season. The managerial merry go round was what did it for us...and we all know who was responsible for that.
  23. Many of those players have subsequently played / are playing in the Premiership with different teams so that team could not have been that bad. - Niemi, Beattie, Crouch, Quashie - even Higgy and Delap are in there now. Even loans like Camara have subsequently played well in the Premiership. A bettter bunch of managers (or even just 1 manager for the season) could have seen us stay up.
  24. Were you the person who asked Jackie Kennedy whether apart from the shooting did she enjoy her visit to Dallas?? Your devotion to the "facts" ignores the "insignificant" fact that we got relegated under Lowe. I think that this is of much more relevance to the original post on this thread than comparing the mean average of 9 years before Lowe and 9 years after Lowe.
  25. ... and your source is???
