It would be better if the players and managers gave a little respect to the refs decision and just got on with the game. They used to in the olden days.

They are still comparing themselves with Bournemouth ! They are in denial....why don't they look at the league tables and also have they not worked out that Bournemouth are well run solvent club on the way up. They should be comparing themselves with the Shots as they are more likely to be their new rivals, unless the Shots get promoted of course.

Well Bournemouth might surprise a few if they get up. An unknown quantity, tight little ground and very good manager. Provided they don't go mad with the spending, a single season will set them up nicely in financial terms. One more thing, the Skates will then well and truly be the laughing stock of the South Coast.

It was a blessing to bow out of the League Cup and I would have preferred it if we had discreetly made an exit against Arsenal. I would put out a 'second' team and see how they do. If we lose against Ipswich it will be not b e a disaster. The premier league is all that counts.

An excellent result. We need to get our revenge on Arsenal. Hope Clyne is back and at least Morgan is rested.

Seriously though, I have never before witnessed the resignation in their posts. I think the reality of a lack of success in the 4th division and a lack of hope for the future is grinding them down. I really think they are bobbing above the waves just before the final sinking. I do feel a bit of pity for them.

Well, I have just sneaked over to their site, undercover of course, and have to say they sound all but broken. I actually felt a tinge of pity for them as some of them think they have hit rock bottom. It would be cruel to suggest to them that they may in future years dream of aiming at getting back to mid table in the 4th division.
