Some people used their noggins earlier in the season and knew that Pardew was building something and we were steadily improving, yet certain people couldn't stay calm enough to see that. All of a sudden, a few wins, and you're starting to preach at me, thinking you're now this ultra positive thinking person. You started this tonight, I hadn't pointed anything in your direction. So take a look at yourself but you start throwing things like this at me. I was not one of the people who thought that just surviving was acceptable. There were 100 or so points to play for, and I knew if we went on a run that the playoffs were a reasonable target. If I remember rightly, you were the one on here after the Bristol Rovers game saying we'll do well to stay up at this rate, even though it was clear to a lot of people after that game that we'd turned the corner. I'm not getting into an argument with you again, you're boring and I'm not wasting my time with you anymore. You can call me antagonistic or whatever you like. I know that 6 games ago, you were acting like a spoilt brat because we weren't winning. Yep, he's been immense. He's improved so much too. Remember when he first came, he was described as a no-nonsense defender but couldn't kick it straight. Well he was throwing dummies at their strikers in tight spots, he was doing fancy turns, everything. Brilliant. Both he and Jaidi have been a breath of fresh air.

As this is an "appreciation" thread, I appreciate that he's doing a pretty good job in a position that is not his natural position. He certainly provides good deliveries and he always gives 100%.

I can't make my mind up whether you agree with me or are disagreeing with me in an ironical way, but either way, I'm not telling people what they should or shouldn't discuss, although I am giving my opinion, which is that it's very silly to be discussing something that isn't even an issue!
