"Kaspars Gorkss' willingness to put his head in where it hurts played a major role in Rangers obtaining the best defensive record in the npower Championship last term." -

Who knows, according to their lot they have quite a few CB's already, and Warnock has to sell and move players on before he can buy. -
Failed his medical.

He was one of their main men last year. A really important player for them, would be surprised if they were that willing to let him go. -
cheers for the PM Glasgow - sounds promising.

Gorkss is top quality....Warnock used to wax lyrical about him. -
According to Adkins (posted on another thread). We are very close to singing one, possibly 2, players. 12 mins to go. I'm relying on you for this JustMike.

We have sold more than 70, fact. I tried to get tickets in my usual place, but that entire block was sold out. Who tells you stuff like this???
-
Pretty sure that was Sharp. Either way I think both are overpriced and we should focus elsewhere.
-
lol. I wonder where that letter ever went? Must have got lost somewhere along the lines.
-
If any of that comes true I will pay you £1m
-
Too much info!

I don't think he was ever played at LB, and I think he'd left before Burley had even come in? It's down to Redkanpp as to why he left.
-
But it's what you've heard on football rumours, or someone else has heard it on football rumours and told you. It's pretty much word for word what's on football rumours.

That site should be burnt.

It's the standard stock quotes for any new signing though. ''I'm so happy to be here'' ''The set-up here is amazing'' ''The facilities are premiership class'' ''It didn't take too long to decide, it's a massive club" etc!
-
Panic buying and **** or bust. Makes you wonder how these clubs, that publically come out and say ''We're hundreds of millions on debt'' are then allowed to table bids of 8m. They should be embargoed just for the comments they made. Makes a mockery of clubs trying to do it the right way.

Wasn't he close to signing for Cardiff at one point? He would cost upwards of £2m though

I do agree with that. We had lots of individual talent, but it was poorly managed collectivley. Looking back now, a team with the likes of Skacel, Bale, Jones, Baird.....should have easily been challenging for an automatic spot, no sneaking into the playoffs. I'd take Baird Bale and Jones from that team, but we've now got players like Lallana and Chambo who are on a different level than the likes of Dyer and Viafara etc.

Thank god for that, the sooner he's gone the better. Nice little cash injection for us too.

Parking at the stadium is harsh, but makes sense. He's a business man and you have to exploit all the ways you can to generate money. I know people that used to park at St Mary's and walk into town for the afternoon, and it makes sense to me that this shouldn't be allowed to happen anymore.... Ticket tax? i guess you mean the £3 booking fee? It's pretty much in-line with every event, concerts etc. I don't see a massive issue with this. It wasn't overpriced...I don't get people saying that at all. £16 for 3 45min games, a free fair for the family etc. That fair wouldn't have been cheap to organize and hire for the day, so they're not just going to give it away. £16 is a snip for what was offered IMO. The last point was a long long long time ago, and it was reversed as ti was admitted it was a mistake. Fair play to him, see no issue with that now.

Name the mistakes he's made recently?

Hope we get this sorted soon. I've not seen much of him, but judging by the interest from the level of clubs...we'd be pulling of something of a coup. (I never thought I'd say that about beating Stoke to a player tbf, but it's true atm...) He's probably just as good as Matt Mills, maybe slightly better, yet i bet he costs 5 times less than Mills did. This is what you have to do.....there are some absolute gems in European football and if you have the scouting network, you can build one hell of a team with very little outlay. WBA did it a few years back getting the likes of Texiera, Cesar, Koren, Mulumbu, Tamas etc...
