i think it's quite a good move from pardew to play antonio through the middle, he should be more involved in the game from there.

they sound like they've gelled ok tbf. it's the ''current'' players (i.e the midfield) which hasn't worked today. (it hasn't worked for a while...)

great play from antonio he's a great sub - still believe he shouldn't start though.

i know it's not easy to judge a performance miles away - but it sounds like our problem today has been the midfield, they have not controlled the game or supplied anything for lambert or Lallana - that's why we've just been on the backfoot.
