Really good day, thought we reacted so well to that set back - something we didn't do previously under previous mangers, how often would you have seen us wilt after going 1-1? Thought Ings as excellent as a centre forward, set the tone of the attack and was very inteligent in his use of the ball and the runs he was making. He deserved a goal to be honest! Redmond sharp and clinical, he's been pretty much spot on this season compared to last. One of the bright spots even in the first half of the season. I was a bit nervous, I didn't know what to expect from Wolves but at the same time I was also hoping we'd have enough to get over the line in this one - and we did! That pretty much nails it for this season, just between Brighton and Cardiff now - although I think everyone and their dog knows that Cardiff are as good as down and have been so since they came up, to be honest. Onto the next one - but I'm seriously excited to see what Ralph can build here, we look a top half side under him, and that's without any transfers.

Surely no one will be hoping for anything other than a Burnley win here? Burnley are safe now, so any defeat here for Cardiff kills them and in effect keeps the rest of us up.
-
He should just retire to be honest. Pointless trying for a career in football if he can't play it.
-
They'll still have to finish 6th, 7th to get EL. Only the winners of the FA Cup get a european place nowdays, if that's Man City that win it - they don't need it, so a Europa League place goes to 7th.

Got a feeling Wolves are just slowing down a tad, had a good season without doubt. Need to keep on moving forward in the summer or they could fall backwards quite quickly. Certainly one we can and should be winning at home. But to be fair, even a draw isn't to be sniffed at.

There were a row of about 6 Liverpool fans in the kingsland, couldn't kepe their mouths shut when they scored. Almost kicked off, but didn't. It's always the same in these games, littered with fans who can't get tickets in the away end because they don't come from Liverpool or Utd or London etc.

I think the reality was that we were always going to lose, they are just too good for the squad we have. But, we lost in the right way in the sense that we gave them a game, we gave them a fright and didn't make it easy at all. We are working so much harder under Ralph, that's evident to see. Our shape is better and we are more organised on the pitch. Quality wise, he can only work with what he's got and there are still glaring holes in the team which need fixing if we want to continue moving in the right direction. I like Bednerak and Vesterguard has grown into the side, but I think we need someone else with a bit of power and pace through the middle of the 3. Valery is good, but raw. Defends well, but doesn't offer much of an outlet in an attacking sense. I think we will still look to add a new RB in the summer, well I hope so at least. Need some power and presence up top, and I think we could give most teams a game. Ralph knows what he's doing and I'm pretty confident he knows what he needs. Roll on next season.

Yeah Gabbi has gone, £14m I think we got. Covers most of the fee we have to pay out for Ings in the summer, this is an obligation to buy deal, not an option to buy.

I thought he was one of our best players at the back end of last season, one of the reasons we looked so strong. Why he was just discarded at the start of the season was bizzare. especially because Hoedt was included, who if anything, managed to get even worse over the course of the summer. The exclusion of Bedernak and Romeu are two of the mysteries Hughes may never be able to answer.

I think Rose is generally a woe be me type, looking for some attention and coverage. Look at how he acted when he wanted out of Spurs and a move to Utd. Refused to play, didn't train, spoke up like everything was bad for him. I'm not sure all Spurs fans have fully forgiven him to be honest. Racism is always going to be prevalent in eastern European countries, it's near on impossible to govern. At the end of the day the issues in this country, where he plays 90% of the time, have been wiped out in the main. He should just focus on earning his near fortune and get on with it in this country.

They think they're getting 9 points from 18, with their fixtures? Crazy land. They are gone bar a massive swing.
-
This is the key for me. Of all the work we did in the summer to reduce the squad, they are all coming back in the summer on exactly the same wages! Cedric, Hoedt, Bouful, Carrillo, Clasie. There is probably around 200-300k in wages per week on that bunch. Plus add in surples players already here like Fraser, Austin, maybe Long. So much wage we will have to shift before we can even move in on targets due to FFP.
-
I think they will, and in turn will pretty much relegate Cardiff. These last 6 points have made us pretty much safe I think. Still a bit squeeky bum, but it would take an almightly turn around to swing it now. Cardiff are gonners.
-
I thought we'd draw this. So this result was a surprise and a massive boost. To get 6 points from the last two games is massive and probably does it for us, I didn't see that happening when we lost to Cardiff at home! I think we only need 1 win from our remaining 6. Maybe 1 win and a draw at a push, but it's fine.

Forgot there were games tonight. Jeez, Fulham are the prime example of a bunch of individuals. At the start of the season they threw $$$$$ and everyone was going on about how impressive their £120m spending was, how they'll be up there, good to see ambiton. I wish we were fulham etc etc. But they broke what they had by doing that. And they didn't add quality to the most important area, which was attrocius at this level - their backline. If i'm honest, the bottom 3 is likley to now be the 3 in that order. I'll be very surprised if it's any different now.
-
They've lost an edge over recent weeks, sort of scraping results whilst not firing on all cylinders. Which unfortunately is the sign of a good team, still picking up the points whilst dropping their levels slightly. It doesn't mean much though as they will still have miles and miles too much for us, we can only really hold out hope for a tiny bit of luck on the night and see if we can get a point from that.
-
That's incredibly harsh on McCarthy. Forster is finished at any level, let's be honest. McCarthy still has plenty to offer and is a very good shot stopper, been a decent keeper for us. You cannot tarnish both with the same brush. One is finished, one still has a decent career ahead of him.

You're missing the point, it's not talking about games like Candy Crush or Coin Master on mobiles or tablets. We're talking proper RPG multiplayer games, maybe a bit of multiplayer Fifa on PS4/XBOX. These would be pretty much unplayable over 4G due to latency and jitter, so they'd need a stable internet connection - which is what he's blocking at their hotels. Nothing stopping them playing single player obviously, but that would be a bit boring!
-
An odd team to say the least. I would hope and fully expect Lemina will be on the bench. Would need his head seeing to if he drops JWP.
-
He's basically an incredibly limited football player, with two key attributes which have enabled him to build a career. Pace, and hard work. Now he’s aging and these attributes are slowly diminishing as well, you will eventually be left with a lower league standard footballer. He's never been a true goal scorer and never will be, he's incredibly frustrating to watch when he's your only outlet - but not so much when he's supporting others, like he was with Mane and Pelle etc. But yeah, he needs to be shipped off sharpish if we want a decent treat.
-
The only intention was that he was going to if it turns out he hadn't, which is why whatever the outcome it's very, very bad taste.
-
Of course, they'll be sticking up for it, just as they were lapping up all the tributes and flower laying outside the stadium when it occurred. At the end of the day they bought the player, he signed the contract, an absolute tragedy occurred which no one could have pre-empted. Given the money clubs earn in the PL compared to what Nantes get in the French league, Cardiff should settle out of decency and stop trying to look for ways out of an obligation. Sometimes things like this occur, but to have them lapping up the tributes and saying how it will galvanise their team spirit one min, to now saying that they don't want anything to do with the transfer is just so bad and makes me cringe. How they’ve acted around the Sala tragedy should have them relegated by default.
-
That's a real surprise, but if i'm honest I couldn't care less. Leaves him with us to train and practice, rather than being bogged down with national team ********. Of which there is always national team ********.
-
36/37 will be enough. We'll probably end up in the 40's though.

It's big, but christ what a boring, bland, unlived in property that is.
