You seem incredibly confused. So you're moaning that we're not showing ambition and spending, yet you're disapointed as PL teams are spending silly money and that no one learned from Leicesters approach.
What exactly is it you want?
Sorry, i'm quoting an Everton forum - should have said.
Have a look on grand old team, they're having a good old fashioned meltdown on there right now. Fun to see.
That is a truly incredible amount of money for Bolasie.
Christ, I thought they were getting Wistel, Mata, Morgan, Kiedo and such. What a come down, yet somehow still paying the stupid amounts of money.
Let's not forget, there are still announcements to be made regarding additional games, our EL matches and products/services discounts for us as well - hopefully that's significant.
Depends how they look at it. If you're Barnsley, it may be worth investing that into the club as a whole rather than short-term signings, as they're unlikely to get windfalls such as this very often.
Surely he can get his car cleaned at a better place than that? I know someone who left their car there, came back to it scratched to high heaven with swirl marks galore. To be honest, I don't trust anyone to clean my car other than me!
Kone has been pictured in Everton (apparently). £18m fee.
Did a good job for Sunderland last year to be fair (well, 6 months), but everton's targets have certainly dropped a level after Witsel, Mata and co.
They need to look for a younger first team starting CB (not a one for the future type), they should have been scouring the market well before now anyway. Mertersaker and Gabriel aren't really at the level they need as starters anyway. But Wenger is blind to that and will probably stick with what he has and throw a couple of kids in.
Another example being Hojbjerg. Broke on Sunday on some German sites, and was done by Monday evening. No reports, links or rumors before hand. He wasn't even mentioned as a possible signing anywhere.
It's hard to write any team off these days tbh, given what Leicester did last year - in a similarish position. (lost a popular/successful manager, appointed an almighty gamble)
Why are you using Watford as an example to prove a point? We've spent more than them in this window.
It was also documented that Watford rejected that bid because Ighalo didn't want to go there.
