  1. The fact you have aligned your own views with those of a trolling idiot holds no surprises for me.
  2. Adjusted slightly for the sake of complete accuracy.
  3. With you on that as long as it ain’t Les and Ralph doing the due diligence.
  4. The man is basically paid to be a troll on the radio, dreaming up ‘burning issues’, and then trying to sound sincere as he debates them with wing man Gough and repeats the same point over and over again in fractionally different ways. Tbf the fact he/they find enough material to pack out a daily 3 hour show is phenomenal and will quite clearly require copious bull****.
  5. Has done really well and I hope we keep him on, he deserves it. **** me this season has been awful, just no need for it we'd have been fine if ****features had been relieved of his duties a few weeks earlier.
  6. I was literally pacing back and forth in my hotel room with my palms pressed to the sides of my head occasionally screaming “COME ON!!!” Then the match started and things really turned mental.
  7. Feeling an ever so slight twinge or nervous tension right now. They ain’t that good, their line up looks weaker than ours generally but our cbs worry the **** out of me and I can’t bring myself to think we’re going to do this. Just want to feel elated at final whistle not ****ing deflated yet again. C’mon saints let’s do this.
  8. Appointing Pellegrino Not sacking Pellegrino in November, ditto December, ditto January, ditto February Not replacing VD Buying Carrillo Doubtless there are more but these are the main outstanding **** ups that have me agreeing with you that we deserve to go down.
  9. Yep. His head's gotta roll, whether we survive or not.
  10. That's what really gets me. We were quite clearly warned what could happen when VD got injured and we had to scramble around for a free agent replacement. Then a year later we sold and didn't replace our best defender and player effectively leaving us in exactly the same risky position except our best remaining CB is a massively inferior player. And **** me sideways if that best remaining CB didn't get injured and is now banned. Willful negligence/incompetence.
  11. The CB situation is a massive worry for this game. All 3 are green and Hoedt and Stephens dodgy at best. I'd be tempted to put Bertrand in the back 3 for some experience and organisation, and bring McQueen in at LB. Then it's the ultimate Hobson's choice of whether to go with Stephens or Hoedt to play alongside Bertrand and Bednarek. The fact we have 1 centre back at the club with a decent level of experience is a disgrace.
  12. I've grasped it. I think it's sending us down.
  13. Won't believe it until Whitey has confirmed.
  14. No ridicule meant, so sorry on that account. Just seemed a tad amusing that someone would wait 11 years to take the plunge. Actually, I'd like to know if Romeu is banned or not as well. Is he?
  15. You joined in 2007 and that was your first post
  16. Boom! Interesting critique of the condition of our home stadium delivered hours after unlucky away draw.
  17. Pellegrino obviously didn't rate him and that's about the surest sign he's a good player you're ever likely to get.
  18. Don't post and drive (winky smiler ting)
  19. Jesus Christ you are so relentless in your negativity. We can still do this FFS.
  20. Looks alright to me. Certainly our best available CB for Tuesday.
  21. Right. Forget the devastation of today and let's just pretend we got a streaky undeserved point. This now comes down to a 1 season game. Just go and win this - which we should if we play like we did today and last week, and in the first half against Chelsea. Our form is decent, we can do this.
  22. Exactly the same today with Bertrand.
  23. Positive spin. Genuinely like it, no doubt that's what Hughes will be saying. We can still do this but ****ing hell that is properly devastating today, it really is.
  24. Emotion may come into play I suspect. Ultimately we have to look beyond today - as gutting as it was - and consider who the **** is responsible for keeping Pellegrino in a job for so ****ing long when it was so ****ing obvious that he was totally and uttterly ****ing out of his depth well before the end of the last calendar year. Hughes has shown that, given a reasonable amount of time a half decent manager would have kept us up. Now here we are biting our cuticles sat on a knife edge. Take a bow Les.
  25. It really was. That was the last time I felt this devastated after a last nano-second equaliser. ****sake that and losing Yoshida for the Swansea game might have done us I think.
