  1. Agreed, although slightly worrying that the club's future plans couldn't be sold to him.
  2. There's whole column missing from that table.
  3. You could be right. Pellegrini still my first choice.
  4. Chile looked brilliant in the World Cup. Don't know that much about him to be fair. I think AVB would be a poor appointment though.
  5. You're not alone mush.
  6. The tactics were truly awful. Why the f*ck is Kane taking corners? There is a chance that our manager is clueless.
  7. It's more to do with his style of football. Would rather watch a team of his than a team of AVB's.
  8. I would prefer Koeman over AVB, but not Pellegrini or Sampaoli.
  9. Cant see it. He took over Harry Redknapp's team that came 4th and made them worse. Sampaoli would be good.
  10. AVB is vastly overrated and has been sacked by 2 Premier clubs already. His style of football is negative, and he doesn't seem to get on with his players too well. Pellegrini got Villareal and Malaga into the Champions League. He p*sses all over AVB, who I reckon is a total charlatan. Think Ron would look a bit of a c*nt if he went to Everton. Think it would make Les look a bit of a c*nt as well. But he has been in this situation before and come up smelling of roses, so good luck to him.
  11. Wouldn't want Howe - only managed 1 season in the top level. Flores - seriously! Hate the way Watford play, had a poor second half of the season. De Boer - would just be waiting for him to move on. AVB - does good PowerPoint presentations, but is a sh*t manager. would want Emery - no chance of him coming here though. Pellegrini - knows the league, and seriously over-achieved at clubs in Spain similar in size to us.
  12. I would be seriously underwhelmed with Howe.
  13. After taking over a really decent side that finished 4th.
  14. What has AVB ever done?
  15. Yes, but their city spawned Cilla Black and the Beatles. They couldn't wait to leave the dump. I particularly liked Ringo Starr's answer to why he didn't ever go back to Liverpool - 'Why would I go back there for? I lived in a slum'. Maybe they will put Ronald up in a nice 2 up 2 down in Toxteth where you have to go to the bottom of your garden for a sh*t.
  16. I remember Everton beating Wimbledon years ago, last game of the season, to stay up. Graeme Stuart scored the winner, with a 20 yard powder puff shot that barely touched the back of the net. Dodgy as hell. Classless club with deluded fans. Surely Ronald won't want to live in that Scouse sh*thole. It's not like he needs the money. That said, going into the last year of his contract with us would make him a bit of a lame duck. Les Reed can hopefully sell our ambition to him and he signs an extension. Happy days.
  17. Well history says something else. Lots of their odds on managers haven't got the jobs. We'll see. Why have Skybet at all? it generates them easy money from mug punters.
  18. They do this all the time. Actually makes me think he's staying.
  19. Hopefully he'll sign a new deal. But if not, then Les will go down as a bullsh*tter trying to sell season tickets, in my book.
  20. Beat me to it. Goldsmiths have a fantastic selection.
  21. Bookies might be offering a shorter price to get a few mug punters who think something must be going on to lump some money on. Skybet use their sports news channel to do much the same thing.
  22. So we can sell our goods abroad for free, but not financial services. In return, we control our immigration and return sovereignty to parliament. Sounds good to me. Is there freedom of movement between Mexico, South Korea and the EU?
  23. To be fair, Drinkwater was garbage against Australia. Henderson is just garbage. I wouldn't take either of them.
  24. What a sanctimonious c*nt you are.
  25. That is absolutely fine by me. Why heartbreak? I'm all for immigration, but only immigration that benefits the country and is controlled. This isn't just about immigration though is it. That's just one issue. It's also about democracy, a sovereign parliament that is accountable to the electorate. The political EU experiment is doomed to fail at some point, just like the Euro. It should be about friendly nation states on the continent trading freely with each other. Not being dictated to by a central beaurocracy.
