I had a weekend in Liverpool once. Ended up in the once famous Grafton Ballrooms. The people there are all really funny and like laughing at their own jokes. I also liked the photos of the dole inspectors on the walls of the pubs in Kirkby. The women were really chatty, but they speak a funny language up there that involves them spitting at you when they're trying to get a sentence out. They also think they all knew The Beatles, before they got famous (the point when they left the sh*thole behind, at the very earliest opportunity). Bill Shankly has also personally visited each and every one of them in their homes.

I don't think Morgan will be going anywhere. Arsenal apparently want him every Summer, and he himself has been making conciliatory noises since his World Cup ended.

We have bids in for 2 players, neither of which have completed. We have a manager who is less than a week into the job. We have our best defender and midfielder reportedly leaving as well. It would be easy to be more than a little worried about how things are going. I have confidence in the board and management, though it would seem they really need to get a shift on with players in.
