I think Ron probably put the best side he could out yesterday. The only contentious decision was dropping Cedric. To slag him off for that is a bit much for me. How many were saying stick to 3 at the back before the game? How many moaned at the the time when Yosh came on after Fonte was sent off? With 10 men, a draw wasn't a bad result. As someone said, as average as it was, their keeper still made some great saves.

1 or 2 definitely didn't stake a claim for a regular start. All this slagging of Koeman is ridiculous though. I looked at our starting line-up and was pretty excited about the 3 up front. Davis dropped after a poor performance - fair enough. Clasie and Targett on the bench, ok, they probably don't have 3 premiership games a week in them. The team he put out were more than capable of getting something. We had an off night. The manager was let down as much as we were. End of story.

Some really informative posts from buctootim. Funny, I have just been watching some daytime television. Someone had a fire at their council flat, the council looked to be doing a great job in looking to quickly sort the flat out, and that of neighbours. Meanwhile, another house had illegally been converted to 6 flats, each of which consisted of basically a room with a few stud walls giving a tiny kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The tenant in question was on housing benefit, and the landlord was being paid £256 per week for one flat. My point is, as buctootim says, private doesn't necessarily mean better. The Tory government seem to have a pathological distrust of any public body that isn't there to make a profit. Hospitals are no exception.
