  1. I used to live in Kevin Keegan's perm.
  2. Good shout.
  3. The legislation on strike ballots and striking in general make it a pretty lame tool, in general, to settle a dispute. Personally, my blood boils more over those City types who pushed the country to near bankruptcy, and continue to trouser undeserved lucrative bonuses, than those on the opposite end of the pay scale looking to improve their lot.
  4. One of Brian Clough's biggest regrets was the way he treated Fashanu.
  5. Good shout.
  6. I think we have dropped a bit of a bollock by letting Puncheon go. Other than that, a decent window.
  7. Don't think he will drop Lambert, but it will be interesting to see how the team lines up now.
  8. Ramirez will destroy Sunderland on Saturday. That is all.
  9. Sinclair, really. How very clever of you hypo. Thanks for solving that riddle for me.
  10. Very subtle Monk. Did you used to write the clues for Ted Rogers on 3-2-1?
  11. He seems to sign who he wants, similar to yesteryear and a certain Lawrie Mac. Outstanding business this Summer.
  12. Unlike Arsenal and Man Utd, we don't need a plan B! We get who we want......
  13. The 2 new players were excellent today. We were very solid.
  14. Preferred it in the good old days when Bob Wilson presented it, afterwards you could turn over to World of Sport and watch On The Ball, which then became Saint and Greavsie.
  15. If he is that good, he'll score a shed load with the amount of chances we create. That will hardly harm his World Cup chances.
  16. Any news on Osvaldo?
  17. Sorry, I missed the above post. Good point well made.
  18. Footballers aren't the only people who move jobs because of money.
  19. Its professional football, not the f*cking Tyro League. So what.
  20. 11pm announcement just to annoy the Echo?
  21. And presumably, the increase in wages we've offered.
  22. Maybe, but maybe he was turning us down previously because the wages weren't right. F*cked if I know.
  23. Cheers, not as over as I thought then.
  24. Is this a recent development?
  25. It does seem unlikely now. The club should move forward with other targets.
