I don't understand why you are comparing Union leaders to MPs. Union leaders salaries aren't financed by the taxpayer, MPs are. How can they get such a big rise from the public purse, when millions of other state workers aren't?

I don't think he just lacks composure and authority. I see basic flaws in his technique and poor handling. I'll stop banging on about it for now though, as hopefully a few others will.

I disagree, he would have been moving forward and should have gone for it. He was also off balance, on his heels, when the header came in, which is why he couldn't get anything meaningful on the ball, he was going backwards, indecisive, and in no mans land.
