For our resident Liberals..6th in Barnsley..
Wade Garrett replied to GenevaSaint's topic in The Lounge
Clegg is paying the price for his lack of moral conviction and downright two-facedness. The same goes for Vince Cable, who has turned out to be a bit of a clown. Liberal activists will find it very difficult to get their message across at the next election. They'll lose a lot of votes from the middle ground and students. -
Colchester 0 - 2 Saints - Post Match Reaction
Wade Garrett replied to Saint_clark's topic in The Saints
Good result. We can't afford any more slip-ups. Really wish we had signed Mackail-Smith in January though. Would have been a lot more confident with him playing up front. Win the next two and we're in the driving seat for automatic promotion. -
Forecast wasn't even good enough for Eastbourne.
-
We'll destroy them tonight. 4-0.
-
Dustin Johnson well worth a punt this week.

They wouldn't last 5 minutes on the Veracity, or dogsh*t alley as it is affectionately called.

The groundstaff should be on their with the brushes and the pitchforks. Bloody idle northerners.

This really isn't very important. Lawrie Mac was our finest manager, and had our finest team. Cortese was a very big part in us not going under, and under his Chairmanship we seem to have a decent future. I am grateful to them both.
-
Agreed. We have got decent options on the bench if things aren't going our way.
-
Cheers. Horses for courses I suppose. Morgan's passing game not really suited to a bog of a pitch.
-
I'm going for a comfortable 3-0 win. Is Morgan still injured?

Putting the local government job "cuts" into perspective
Wade Garrett replied to trousers's topic in The Lounge
I f*cking love this post. Superb. -
This has been done to death. Why keep bringing it up. As someone posted earlier, this forum is so removed from normal Saints fans. I couldn't give a toss about Cortese falling out with Benali or Matt. I could give a toss about us winning games and getting promoted. Pointless thread.

Informant admits that he lied about Iraq's WMD program
Wade Garrett replied to Sheaf Saint's topic in The Lounge
I take it you don't agree with me, you patronising c*nt. -
Shame it's not going ahead. I would have loved to get stuck in to those UI w*nkers. Splitters.

Informant admits that he lied about Iraq's WMD program
Wade Garrett replied to Sheaf Saint's topic in The Lounge
This is old news. We all know it was about oil, and that the Government lied. -
Thief sues..and settlement costs victim his house.
Wade Garrett replied to skintsaint's topic in The Lounge
It's a hard one to judge without knowing the full facts. The article I read about it alluded to the 'thief' being owed holiday pay that his boss wouldn't give him. I'm not sure if this one is all black and white. -
If we can keep our top players fit (especially Lallana, Fonte and Chamberlain) I fancy us to go unbeaten for the rest of the season. We've had our sticky patch, onwards and upwards.

I'm not talking about knocking the **** out of them, just a light smack to let them know they've done something wrong on the very rare occasion when the situation warrants it. Typical of do-gooders to make out I am some sort of bullying cowardly monster because I have smacked my kids on the odd occasion. I have good kids that know the difference between right and wrong, and the odd smack has done them no harm.
-
It never did me any harm. I think you're talking crap.
-
Did you watch a bit of NF porn with her beforehand to get her moist?
-
It isn't right to abuse children full stop. Anything more than a smack for being naughty is out of order. However, Sharia Law should have no place in our British society, so if the muslim extremists want it that much, then they can have it somewhere else. Catholic priests who abuse children should face the full force of the law. This is why the Pope is a c*nt, he turned a blind eye to it when he knew it was going on. Jesus' representative on Earth my arse. He's just head of a corporation.
-
They're f*cking bananas. Simple as that really. Sharia law my arse. If that's what they want they can go and live somewhere else for it.

Good to see some real legends (Channon, Paine, Keegan, Le Tiss, Shearer, Lawrie) turn out for the night. We should remember, that for all his faults, we may not have been able to celebrate 125 years had it not been for Mr Cortese securing investment from Markus Lebherr.

A fine riposte.
