No point in it today, not as if he can play up to the crowd.
-
Although we can mock and take the p!ss about his limited role in the L/pool successes as he's been a bit part player over the last couple of seasons the fact is he'll retire with both a Champions League winners medal, and League title. More than Gerrad and Carragher can boast.

Don't forget the badege kissing. That said, is there any possibility, no matter how slim, that some of the publicity surrounding his departure was a Les Reed inspired spin ? Think this has been covered regarding other players leaving, and like most the truth is somewhere in between. Question though, where did the 'ignoring my phone calls' come from ?
-
Wasn't with us that season, think he joined the summer after. Do you mean the SF v Chelsea?
-
£20m perhaps, but anything less and I'd be inclined to tell him he's staying. Are Denmark in the Euros ? If so doubt he'll want to stagnate too much.
-
Been following Saints too long to get excited over possible signings. We almost had Toby signed up to stay at one point...
-
Haven't we been here before ?
-
If only we'd had social media for that to be posted at the time... would have gone down well in Skatesville
-
Would be a good signing, but I can't see it somehow. Believe he's a reliable penalty taker as well !
-
Just that we only got to sing it about twice.. no idea what it was though.
-
They're the ones off the top of my head. Many white players over the years haven't had "songs" , did Jack Cork for instance, or Fraser Richardson, or Danny Butterfield ?
-
Going back, Reuben Agboola for one. Also Jon Viafara. More recently Wanyama, and Redmond.

With the exception of our promotion seasons they've not really been the same since we left The Dell, although I think they were discouraged from the mid 80's.

This word gets on my tits as well ....

I don't mind if it is their traditional nickname, Bournemouth have been the cherries for as long as I can remember. It's a bit more cringeworthy when they try and reinvent themselves, Palace going from Glaziers to Eagles in the 70's, copied by Brighton as Seagulls, then Everton trying to shed the 'Toffees' to caling themselves 'Blue - boys' and 'Blue-noses'. Worse still the soft internet generation names of 'Wet Sham', and 'spuds', a woke way of trying to be insulting without offending anybody.
-
Not sure it's so far fetched or mad after today's events and with their respective fixtures.
-
The only team at the bottom who can take anything positive out of today will be Villa.
-
Suspect Levy is sat at home and in his own mind counting the extra money KWP's performances might bring...
-
I had been looking forward to this as an end of season fixture hoping we'd be safe, and the prospect of a warm reception and 'thank you' to Billy Sharp. As it is, just hope we can win the race for 11th, and go into the next season having won at home once more. Would also be good to see Ferry or Jancewitz getting on the pitch as well.

Probably walking around Boscombe in his Liverpool shirt today.
-
MLT had one saved on one occasion, didn't stop him carrying on with them.
-
Exactly, he wouldn't consider joining us. It is possible that Mourinho in classic Jose style wants to clear the decks to bring his own players in, just for the spite of it, but even so, doubt Levy would sanction Winks leaving in case of a fans backlash.
-
Up to 9th, Arsenal get a 12 point deduction for a racist comment on their fans tv, and Burnley the same just for being inbred bunch of c^nts...

Good timing !!! Call for 'Arry on a rescue mission..
