  1. If the summary includes punishment involving any of sodomy and the lash then I suspect the committee will have been infiltrated by a skate.
  2. Not a good choice of phrase here.
  3. So badly written I'm not sure how that should be interpreted.
  4. I thought EFL were pursuing the matter as we’d infringed their regulations, rather than as a matter on behalf of Middlesbrough.
  5. Really ??
  6. I remember seeing it on release, but don’t recall seeing us wear it.
  7. Please, no. One of the worst we’ve ever had. That shirt should be confined to the anal(l)s of history.
  8. Swindon are mentioned due to two issues, fielding a ineligible player in a cup tie this season, and their demotion after winning the play offs. Neither are a direct comparison with our situation, but are being interpreted by many as which way the thinking might go.
  9. Would we ? I’d hope so but no idea of the spirit for a fight in the boardroom. By reputation Cortese would have taken up the fight, and relished it. We don’t know about Parsons, or Dragan.
  10. It is probably the ‘easiest’ option (and possibly cleanest cut the can make). Others, points deductions, fines are open to how many, how much debates.
  11. No way I’m going if there’s a possibility of some gobby toothless Teesider in a shell suit having to share a ticket and sit on my lap.
  12. Latest : “Hey, Gibbo, let’s sort this, you and me in the car park …. NOW” (Only to spoof for it, not to suggest anything untoward..)
  13. Clearly, Boro had cloned Will Salt to stage the whole thing…
  14. No idea how this will work, but won’t the panel make findings or recommendation on whether ‘guilty’ or otherwise ? Any sanctions might then be at the discretion of the EFL as governing body.
  15. Does there need to be an advantage ? The charge is breaching a regulation re spying on an opponent. Are we guilty of that, yes, or no ? Perhaps some “context” as we phrased it to be taken into account. But it doesn’t seem it’s a two stage test, a)did we do it ? b) what advantage was gained ? The tribunal may reflect on that, but doesn’t seem to me that they need to.
  16. Okay, fair point.
  17. Probably because the charges will still be hanging over them when the play in the cup final next season. And the season after that.
  18. I thought he deleted it once he was rumbled, ie getting rid of the evidence.
  19. Or they’ve been planning something, and a new attack for maximum attention. Eurovision tonight. Extra security drafted into Vienna just in case the usual performances by assorted oddities and trannies are interrupted by on stage protests. T-shirts and other banners “bollocks to Palestine - justice4boro”.
  20. Might boost his value
  21. Don’t forget that Marcus drove a panzer in an SS Division. According to another Portsmyth. Truly remarkable as this was despite not being born at the time. (Haven’t researched if the SS had panzer divisions).
  22. The offence is spying, it makes no distinction between doing it with sophisticated equipment or drones, or peering over a fence. Your arguments regarding this is akin to the “she was wearing a short skirt “ defence to a rape allegation.
  23. They might need to upgrade with a fence, but tired of reading the comment about their fence, security arrangements, and being visible from a public place. It’s irrelevant. If Saints were training on Southampton Common other teams are still prohibited from spying on us.
  24. What the fuck ???
  25. Will Salt has already overtaken Ian Huntley, Fred & Rose West, and is now only a few votes behind Myra Hindley in a Teeside poll on Britains worst criminal.
