  1. Perhaps they are reserving it for when James Mates is on (as he is a Saints fan).
  2. So we are to be taken over by 'Consortiums 'r' Us' then. Frightening thought but I just hope they don't realise on emptying their collective piggybanks that between them they can afford to buy Newcastle or Fulham instead.
  3. Eery. My son and I were only saying on Sunday we should move a massive great boulder across the entrance to His Rupertship's estate to stop the f^cker ever getting out again.
  4. That would be most welcome as many of the others mentioned appear to be either on a par with Nick Leeson, or in league with Rupes and Mikey.
  5. I too am concerned by the fact buyers have connections in both Channel Islands and Gloucestershire.Co-incidence ?
  6. Oh sh!t not another retirement home proprietor moving into football. Remember the last t0sser who gave up the 'Granny farms' for football.
  7. After recent years The Blunder Dome might be more appropriate,or The Stadium of Blight. Better than The Rupertdome anyway.
  8. Baroness Heinekin.
  9. It became an obsession for most of us in April 2007. God knows how many hours people from this and the Saintsforever forum before it have spent researching on it all things from Paul Allen, to earlobes in images.

Skate. Shame on you all ,41 posts before anyone suggested it !
  11. Not only worth repeating but worth sending to Lowe in case he is under any misconception over his popularity.
  12. Paul Tisdale.A track record of promotions in difficult circumstances. As I ,and several others have mentioned on the multitude of previous threads.
  13. Very impressive gesture by Goddies.=D>=D>=D>=D> Shame they won't do home delivery to Cheltenham though.Could have dropped some off at Rupert's as they drove past.
  14. Quarters would be my preference to begin with. The playing field - lets not assume ground or stadium just yet - should be called the Antelope Ground.
  15. But Countess Heinekin might...
  16. Read this before setting off for the match and agreed.Convinced me to do likewise. Probably passes as acceptable behaviour in Yate !
  17. So when this is run past the FL,does the name become public knowledge or is it conducted in secrecy ?
  18. A decade in the wilderness at least then.
  19. Agree with the first two paragraphs, but not the final rallying cry.I would like a manager who can build us up and stay the course rather than someone who will just 'talk the talk' such as the self proclaimed 'Guv'nor'.
  20. Perhaps a few "Mark Fry,Mark Fry..give us a wave " might help him be more sympathetic in finding the right sort of buyer.
  21. Rupes does seem to have a habit of falling out with people called Laurie or Lawrie does'nt he ?
  22. Sacking Luggy, then appointing Wigley. And Mr Lowe Snr not having the correct change for the durex machine.
  23. Anything to say for yourself Michael ? "COYR's" aside of course.
  24. His Rupertship. Well it certainly did lead to disaster.
  25. It will never catch on but this was 'going round in my head' in the car earlier: Taken from UB40' one in ten : We are a minus ten Not on your fixture list We are a minus ten Who may not still exist Nobody knows us Even though Saints were always there A statistic, a reminder Thanks to Rupert-the-Share
