Living down here the past 25 years, I want them to go down. I never used to get stick, most of them respectful of Saints. Redknapp & promotion changed all that, now it’s scummers this & scummers that. Will feel sorry for one or 2 but most of their support have 2 teams. The decent lads I know have this thing about Shane Long, convinced he’ll always score against them. Don’t know if this is backed up with facts, but without Ake he could unsettle their back 4 with Ings to capitalise.

I’d echo the general consensus on here. Attitude & work rate no problem, just a lack of quality & awareness at crucial times. Mid table player, may just scrape into a top club as a squad player, but wouldn’t start important games. Over plays the “look how much I care” card for me. Fronts up for interviews after poor performances, but that’s more to do with absolving himself of blame than anything else imo. Based on absolutely nothing, I imagine he’s a bit of a creep, managers pet type.

The best , clearly Ings. The centre half pairing comes into the best category, as does Bertrands form post Leicester. As for worst, I prefer disappointing. Gunn has been disappointing , as has the failure of Valery to push on. Boufal always disappoints, so no change there and Vestergaard has been woeful. Adams has shown glimpses, but is in this category . Ditto with Obafemi.

This is scandalous. Firstly, that PHE are actually counting deaths like this and secondly, that Hancock didn’t know. I’m sure there’s plenty more stuff like this, whether it comes out will depend on the nature of the enquiry & it’s remit. I’d imagine the establishment will be preparing for the whitewash variety .

I think it’s his lame attempt at a joke.

Let’s hope Pearson really gets into them in the dressing room and they make a game of it.

That Everton equaliser last night looks even more of a killer for Villa now. It’s Bournemouth’s to chuck away now. 2 mid table teams with nothing to play for left & only 3 points adrift. They’d have bitten your hand off for that 2 weeks ago. I just hope our players really are up for it, & it’s not just talk.

Maybe get her kit off. -
Lot will depend on whether Arsenal have anything to play for.
-
No, thankfully. I thought West Ham we’re mentally weak, but it’s looking the other way round.

Maybe not

Watford to bully West Ham tonight, I fancy them to win.
-
Classic game of 2 halves. Poor first, good second. PEH embarrassing, Prowse average. Walker-Peters & Ings the best players by a mile tonight. Ings a class above the rest, but we won’t get anywhere near top 6/7 without someone of similar quality in midfield. Too many safe passes week in week out, we need some real vision in midfield.

The Captain running around doing his little boy lost impression. No presence at all, he needs to get a grip of the game. He’s the cm & skipper ffs

Agreed. You can’t go round taking citizenship off people. If she makes her way home, she should be allowed in and put on trial.
-
I can see Watford doing Arsenal, they’re pretty soft. A West Ham win also brings Villa into play if they win tonight, as West Ham will be safe last day.

The United Kingdom and the Death of Boris Johnson as we know it.

Good, he was a remainer. -
We are amongst the biggest under achievers for a club of our size. Birmingham & maybe Palace could pip us to that title, but can’t think of too many more.
-
Not so sure it would be for Watford they have Arsenal & City left to play. I think a Watford win sends Bournemouth down, because I think West Ham will do Villa last day.

A leaver would have coughed up by now.

Amazing isn’t it. Despite all the evidence he’s still trying to claim SM membership was somehow open to debate. They’ll be claiming the Dec election wasn’t vindication we were leaving the SM & CU. Can’t believe he hasn’t paid up yet, literally refusing to cough up £50 to charity. Typical leftie.
-
I didn’t accuse anyone of making anything up and certainly won’t take lectures from someone who refuses to pay a losing bet. The clips were from the purdah period of the referendum, when both sides clearly stated we were voting to leave the SM. Still awaiting the Gove link.

I find him a bit frustrating to be honest, but he’s a steady decent Premiership player. Probably ideal for us as does a very good job but slightly below the Liverpool’s of the world.

Please provide the link, I’d hate to think you just made that up.
