  1. Got TV game written all over it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. That comment about AFC Wimbledon being in the 4th round for “the first time in their history “ will go down well. ****ing ignorant twt Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. As you can see, I merely asked which other trading blocs had an army? It’s clearly a touchy subject amongst little Europeans Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  4. Give it a rest There’s a massive difference from Liverpool chasing their first Premier league title + champions league than Eddie Howe or Claude resting players. I don’t like Klopp and don’t particularly like the present players, but criticising him for tonight is just bloody ridiculous. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  5. The EEC Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  6. When it’s up and running I’ll let you know. Probably not the best topic for you to try and dismiss as BS. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  7. Liverpool receive a boost to their premier league challenge as Lolvren gets injured in cup game. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  8. Do Trading blocs have freedom of movement, a flag, a parliament, a president, an anthem, an army? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  9. Did the referendum campaign pass you by? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  10. Which other trading blocs have a single currency, flag, anthem, army and are moving towards “ever closer union”. What you arrogant remoaners don’t understand is most people who voted Brexit aren’t against a trading bloc like NAFTA or APEC, they’re against The EU and the unstoppable movement towards a federal Europe. 11. Dutch footballers tend to speak their mind and they do come across as arrogant. There’s a fine line between confidence and arrogance, and you can’t make it at the top without unbelievable confidence in your own ability. I’m not that concerned about arrogant players, provided they back it up with performances. Maybe Ralph is installing a bit of humility into him, or maybe he just doesn’t rate him. There is a player in there somewhere and as Ralph has shown with Vestergaard, he will give second and third chances. Maybe he’s seen something in Vestergaard that he can work on, but personally I think he’s just as poor as Wes. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  12. Class act. Great pro, in some ways a throwback to the days when players seemed somewhat normal. Up there as one of my favourite players. Not met one supporter from any of his previous clubs or neutrals with a bad word to say about him. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  13. When do you think you should stop doing so, or do you propose yearly referenda. What if Remain win the re run, shall we check again in 2020? Even if we don’t have a re run, the people have an opportunity to change their minds every 5 years. They can vote for a party that wants to join the EU, after all that’s how the losers reversed the result of the last vote. The Lib Dem’s went into the last election with the slogan “Exit from Brexit”, had they won a majority that’s exactly what would have happened. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  14. Oliver Holt who usually jumps on bullying claims, ( particularly from BME or chicks) vigorously, is defending Bellamy in The Mail today. Saying what a great bloke he is, different as a coach than he was as a player, and giving examples of snowflake behaviour from academy kids/parents. Implying that kids that aren’t good enough are blaming Bellamy. Nothing to do with him ghosting Bellamy’s autobiography of course. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  15. Alan Nixon reckons Nigel wants him at Hull with Blackburn also interested in taking him back. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  16. Fake news, read the above link. “ it appears that the protesters were just being temporarily held outside Greggs as they tried to march from St Peter's Square up to Piccadilly Gardens” ****ing hell, you remoaners believe any old pony. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  17. Injured already. Out till Feb according to Sky Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  18. His opinion was its where we’re heading IF Leave win the referendum rerun. That’s why, despite being a remoaner he doesn’t want a losers vote. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  19. Everybody thinks that if Remain win the losers vote that they’ll be trouble on the street and real aggro. I had an interesting conversation with a Remain supporting journo last night, who claimed the real danger in his eyes was if Leave win again. Not because of the obvious reason (that he doesn’t want to leave the EU), but because of the fallout in the aftermath of another leave vote. Leave voting Tory members and MPs will not trust another reformed remainer to deliver Brexit, so we will end up with a real leaver. Hammond, Rudd and other wets will be dumped from the cabinet, replaced by hard line pure Brexiters. Even Gove will be tainted by campaigning for May’s turd. The right will control the party as much as Corbyn controls labour. We’ll be heading for Singapore Brexit because the opposition to it will have been discredited by losing their people’s vote. They can hardly start up with “the people didn’t vote for this again”, or trying to use parliament to block it again. Two wins for leave and it will be the hardest of hard Brexit followed by the rightest of right wing governments. I must admit it appeals to me, but maybe the sopping wet remoaners should be careful what they wish for. If you don’t think a right wing government can win an election, just look at who they’ll be up against. They may get an 8 year run to change The UK beyond recognition. 20. I know guys from Poole who played with or knew him in those days, and out of the spotlight he’s anything but. He still keeps in contact with his old mates from those days and is just an ordinary bloke (according to them). I think he’s just enjoying his shot at the big time after thinking he wasn’t going to make it. You have to have an element of arrogance to make it. I think it’s refreshing that he gives the opposition fans stick. We’ve had too many choirboys playing for us recently. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  21. I know the referendum result has sent a lot of remoaners round the bend, but AC Grayling has finally cracked. Corbyn a Tory lipspittle lol..... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  22. Where does that leave me. Born in a SO postcode but not lived there for over 40 years. Should I have swapped teams when my parents moved out of the area rather than become an unfortunate plastic. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  23. http:// https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2019/01/02/euro-has-failed-threatens-democracy-should-abolished/ Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  24. Do try and keep up. We were discussing the youth of Greece, Spain & Italy, so yes the euro is the reason for the horrendous youth unemployment. You can not have monetary union without fiscal union, but until that happens these countries are ****ed. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  25. The Euro changed everything, because it’s a political project rather than a monetary project. Being in the EU has benefitted Spain, Italy , Portugal, and Greece ,but Maastricht was a step too far. The Greeks need to devalue their currency, but of course they can’t. The only other option is closer fiscal union, which is the whole point. They put the cart before the horse to drive further integration, and they threw a generation of youth overboard.
