  1. From day one that the Everton leak came out sources were stating that Koeman was interested & Everton were confident of getting him. That didn't come out of thin air. There is no way Koeman would have stayed Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. So if Puel goes these senior players will stay? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Before the start of the i would have said midtable plus a cup final. Of course now we've got that, it's not good enough. After seeing Poch finish 8th with no cup final, Koeman 6th with no cup final in their first seasons, I expect Puel to finish top 6. Even though he's got a far worst set of players, i want that . Unless Puel finishes top 6 and plays football like Barcelona I want him out. I pay money to attend games and I deserve to get my money's worth. If I don't like Puel someone else should be appointed and if I don't like them, sack them as well. I demand a top 6 finish AND great attacking football . I called for lawries head in 1973 and had the board listened to me, we'd have won more than one poxy FA Cup. **** me, we're Southampton and midtable plus a cup final is unacceptable. 4. A labour spokesman was asked about a 2014 film of Corbyn calling for NATO to disband on the BBC today . What had changed ,opinion or the facts he was asked. He answered what had changed was Corbyn "wasn't party leader in 2014". Pretty much sums this principled man up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. So Corbyn has announced today he's not a pacifist. This principled man who says what he believes is not a pacifist. My opinion is that it's ok for a pacifist to run for PM, but a pacifist pretending not to be one, just to run for PM is pretty unprincipled Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Renewed mine & lads today. Everybody I've been going with for years are also all renewing Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. My mates a Leicester fan & his take on Ranieri is this; They had a good end to the season winning game after game to stay up. Ranieri just took over & changed nothing. Ranieri was laid back and less intense than Pearson & they were on a roll. They had signed Kante & Ranieris management style brought the best out of Mahraz. Once the pressure hit, the laid back style was perfect. He deflected pressure from them, stayed calm and allowed the players to play in a relaxed manner. According to my mate they would have started as well under Pearson but would have blown up when the pressure came As Pearson would have cracked and his intensity would have hampered the players. They would not have won the league without Ranieri, he was perfect for that moment in time. Fast forward this season and Ranieris style that won them the league was his downfall. They needed bringing down to earth, they needed the arses kicked, some thought they were billy big balls. Ranieri was completely incapable of managing the situation and started to panic & tinker , this led to a downward spiral that took us to where we are now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. **** me, we're in danger of becoming as deluded as West Ham fans. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. **** me, it's competitive sport not the Harlem ****ing Globetrotters. As for "The majority of the players are unhappy", you just made that up. How can people have a decent debate about the club, when some just make things up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Is it any wonder managers & players bugger off the first offer they get. Who would want to stay and play or manage for a bunch of twts who want you out as soon as you slip below their expectations. People seem to think we've got a God given right to be "best of the rest", if you're dissatisfied with mid table you're going to have a lot of disappointment supporting saints. Of course its now moved on to "style of play", **** me some of you are as deluded as West Ham fans. Good job there wasn't Saintweb in 1973, the calls for lawrie to be sacked would have broken the internet. The pathetic thing is had Puel come in won the EFL cup & finished 5th before upping & going to Arsenal or PSG the ones calling for his head would be the ones calling him a disloyal ****. Loyalty is a two way street in my book & a manager deserves more than one season in the job. Particularly when he's taken us to a cup final & we're mid table, with mid table players. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. All these predictions were also made without knowing that Fonte & VvD would be missing since Jan. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Would they preferred he'd managed & failed in the Spanish league like Koeman Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Pony, they wouldn't have put a defensive performance like Liverpool if that was true. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. If you think Pellegrini would have turned us into "top four challengers"you really are deluded. If you think mid table & a cup final are a "disaster", you're supporting the wrong club Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. He hasn't been as sharp as before his injury. I guess whether you think that's Puels fault is down to whether you want him out or not. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. **** me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. This is what I said, so I don't really see how that can be twisted into a call for French levels of tax, I haven't even called for a French health system, merely pointed out that it's better than the "envy of the world " one we have. I realise that you dinosaurs are wedded to the 1950's so won't open your eyes to the absolute disaster area ours is. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Or cut the foreign aid budget. Fine by me but Eddie Izzard, Little Owen Jones & Polly Toynbee might commit suicide on live TV. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Now you are having a laugh. Neither Mawson or Maguire are as good as Jack Stephens or Yoshida. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Tory Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Yeah, because Stephens & JWP have really struggled under Puels philosophy. PEH performances haven't been good enough, had they been, he'd have got the game time, like the other 2 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Why are people banging on about Maguire, we have a better young English centre half already. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Or money used to increase wages & extend contracts of important players, which is what happened last year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. McQueen needs a run of games before being written off. The club/Puel seem to have made the right choices in terms of devolving Stephens, who is to say they won't do the same with McQueen. And before anyone starts, I'm not saying he's better than Bertrand or we won't miss Bertrand, just that the club have proved time & time again that they know what they're doing. They've earns the benefit of the doubt as far as I'm concerned. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
