  1. It wouldn't have done . My understanding is it will be overturned only if there's a clear and obvious error and only fact rather than opinion . There was a touch on Benteke it was then down to opinion as to whether it was enough to knock him over . Either way the video ref would have stuck with original decision .
  2. What a load of pony
  3. Koeman is a mid table manager managing a mid table group of players , why is anyone surprised that we are mid table ?
  4. Whose fault is it then ?
  5. **** me , of corse it was his fault . Who else was at fault ? He is not good enough . End of, it's nobody else fault . He wasn't given the rough end of the stick , he wasn't left out for political or any other reason . He is not good enough , that's it . It is nobody else's fault .
  6. Wes makes a great point about Cameron . In Jan 13 Cameron said it was against the nations interest to stay in an unreformed eu and we need treaty change for reform . We haven't had treaty change , but now it's " dangerous " to leave . He was either telling lies then or is telling lies now . His reforms aren't worth a JArthur let alone enough to swing the pendulum from one end of the scale to the other .
  7. He was speaking as chairman of BSE , a remain group. Still if you're happy to vote against something that will increase the pay of the poor , thats up to you . I always thought the left were pro the low paid, now they're siding with The Man
  8. Can you imigane the outcry from lefties if a Tory minister talked on any other issue and said paying the poor more was not " necessarily a good thing " . The fact that there's not a peep is more evidence that the Lefts swivel eyed devoution to be seen as Good Europeans, trumps all their principles . Of course people like Tony Benn , Michael Foot , Bob Crow all understood the impact the EU have on the poorest in society , most on the left nowadays don't understand or don't really care. So long as it's good for Islington , **** the peasants.
  9. Agreed . I like 3 at the back because it gives you 2 up top without being outnumbered in midfield . We do play better with Targett as wing back & Ryan B as the centre half , it also suits VvD imo . Tuesday was nothing to do with our formation and all to do with the way we played & the side we picked ( JWP is not a centre midfielder ) . If you don't compete , pass badly and don't work hard , you'll get beat regardless of what formation you play
  10. Lord Rose chairman of The Britain Stronger in Europe campaign group ( BSE) appeared in front of a Commons select committee yesterday . He admitted that the pay of the low paid would go up if we left the EU but, " thats not necessarily a good thing" . He also admitted the group used " quick & dirty" stats , bullshine ones in other words. But it was his words about the low paid that struck me & how this tallied with the Remain lefties on here , pay going up is " not necessarily a good thing " , wow lefties are prepared to make the poorest poorer to remain in their beloved EU. I expect that from millionaire's like Rose, but I'm shocked Saints webs band of right on lefties are lining up with The Man .
  11. He's looked a different class than any of our players tonight
  12. This has got 0-0 written all over it .
  13. What worried me about yesterday wasn't our lack of creativity , but a lack of fight. We've seen that sort of game over & over again at The Dell . This time we were the complacent side that didn't want to get their hands dirty & Boscombe the hungry, hardworking side determined to knock us down a peg or two. Eddie Howe clearly had them set up & prepared & we weren't . When an average player like Surman is allowed to run the midfield, when their average centre halves are playing with cigars , there's something clearly wrong .
  14. Here's an idea , each party could produce a manifesto . Labours could include a working time directive , holiday pay, labelling on foodf , " car crash standards ", during the election Wiggy Neil and other paid political questioners could ask the Tories about their plans in these areas. The Tory manifesto could contain other ideas. Then, and this maybe a bit radical for a remainian , the BRITISH people could decide . We could then hold the government to account and maybe vote them out if they want to cut these social provisions . Instead of Poland, Malta & Cyprus holding our hand and deciding these things for us, our Parliament could dfo it. It really is amazing how we managed before the EU isn't it?
  15. How do Australia, Canada, New Zealand & other countries manage without the wonderful EU to make sure their cars are safe, their food is labelled properly and their appliances efficiency labelled . Their citizens must be at risk of food poisoning daily & their roads death traps. They probably all work 80 hour weeks. I bet they wish they had Poland & Romania keeping them safe at night . What mugs legislating their own laws .
  16. Ron needs to have a look at himself , with the stop /start season Austins had , should he have played sat & today .
  17. ****ing joke , if you can't have a discussion on the game what on earth is the point of a forum . Unbelievable
  18. Have you done it since the work started on the Spur Road , it's a nightmare . People pushed for time maybe lucky , but if you're coming via Ringwood there can be big queues .
  19. Which part isn't true?
  20. I am provided I'm not stuck with someone going on and on about his ex girlfriend that dumped him .
  21. **** me , we've got a lot of bunny boilers on here . Why can't people let it go , he moved to a bigger club , for a lot more money , who wouldn't do the exact same thing if they were good enough . It's a bit embarrassing to get pleasure from his defeat when his league cup final record is the same as ours despite playing 50 odd seasons in it .
  22. There won't be much round Boscombe or Pokesdown that'll let you in without showing a home ticket . Not that that's a bad thing there's no decent pubs about anyway . I'd go into town , there's a big whetherspoons on the square , also the Goat & Tricycle at the triangle if you like real ale ( although be careful you don't go in the wrong pub up there , unless you're that way inclined ). If you're a lager drinker there's plenty of boozers from Lansdowne down to town that are walking distance from train station ( but away from ground so you'll need a taxi or bus ) . We're starting off in Poole , followed by Ashley Cross ( parkstone train station) , far better pubs than near the ground , but maybe quiet on a tues afternoon. Only 10 mins from Pokesdown or Bournemouth station by train , so plenty of drinking time
  23. Do you understand what a fiscal Union is ?
  24. The United States is a fiscal Union
  25. Of course , they were all against it , but didn't actually say so . It was wrong , not only for Britain , but for France , for Greece , Portugal, Spain , in fact wrong full stop . I don't recall one labour politician or Leave politician ever saying so .
