Yes, I read your post. Did you read the accounts? This is waht Swiss Ramble had to say about our debt:-

Did you forget to pay for Staplewood?

It's been a while, but I thought the report said that payment to KL was "accrued".

The Villain-o-meter is in full swing with the reports of the heroic 0-0 win at Crewe. The Pompey team last time they played at Crewe in 2013 were... whereas Saturdays valiant heroes were... It really is a different world down there, isnt it?

I'd be willing to bet that our stadium costs us less than West Ham's. Our's was paid for when we came out of admin, and Aviva got their extra cash bonus when we got back to the PL. The interesting bit will be whether the money they receive for selling Upton Park goes to the club or the porn barons. Most clubs use the money they get for selling their old stadium, usually in a valuable area, to build the new one. That's the real advantage that West Ham got, but they'll only benefit if the money for UP stays in the club.

Bertrand played pretty well at centre back a few times last season

Fook me, Gallagher didn't last long at Blackburn

How many times have you read on here that she converted her loans to equity? Do you know what that means? And no, you don't get interest on equity. You can get dividends, but so far she hasn't had any. Are you still confused about anything?

Adkins (v. Leeds)?

To be fair, Ranieri following Koeman isn't the same proposition as following Pearson. Pearson had lost the plot at that time, and they were glad to get rid of him. Remember his rants at the media. (And who could forget the Thai hookers)

And she hasn't taken a single penny out of the club or transfer fees. Her profit is "on paper" due to the increase in the value of her shares, if she sells them.

How do you open informal talks?

I think BT will be showing all 6 Europa group games though.

To be valid, the results of any scientific experiment have to be repeatable.

It doesn't matter who we sign, they won't be playing on Saturday. So of course he's happy to start the season with what we've got.

Have we got a Puel presser to look forward to later today? That's going to be the highlight of my day, and no mistake.

It was certainly interesting that they went ahead with the "stadium upgrades" anyway, without even taking the trouble to check whether it would actually increase their capacity or not. It's almost as if there was some other reason behind it. But it was good that it wasn't really urgent, otherwise they would have started it immediately at the end of last season. At least they managed to delay the work until Webster left for Ipswich, as a mark of respect for the lad. But, as you say, at least that Tesco money was ring fenced. It will come in really handy when the Stadium Upgrade Working Party announce their conclusions later this season.
