If anyone wants to ask them on public channels why they are handing personal data over to newspapers without a lawful basis.
-
Sounds like bollocks.
-
If anyone wants to complain about Boro, the Information Commissioner Office is the data regulator.
-
Then they seek a court order for it to be handed over. It's not up to another controller to just hand over data because someone else rocks up and says, "I've got a legal case".
-
What if Will Salt is a mormon?
-
I mean for the alleged other breaches.
-
Maybe the hotel should get a lot of messages on social media asking if they are in the habit of leaking guests' transaction information publicly.
-
Presumably the idea is to ask SFC to provide expense receipts etc. But we should just ask what relevance that has to this match, and then decline.
-
In terms of historical paper trails etc. they are of zero relevance to this incident so unless there is a prima facie case for us to be charged with respect to another match, we can just ignore that.
-
Sure, but it clearly goes to the severity of the offence and also makes the reporting of "high tech equipment" with a "microphone and device for live streaming" somewhat farcical.

Fair play to Ayling. Seems like a decent stammering gypo.
-
I doubt the PL would be interested. There's no benefit for them and just exposes them to being caught up in any resulting legal fall out.
-
I dunno about that. If you have a law that specifically prohibits something within certain boundaries, it's then a bit of a stretch to claim that some other catch-all prohibits the same activity without those boundaries.
-
The more "evidence" they try to scrape up, the longer the process will take and the less chance of any change to the outcome.
-
If we can read into anything into the last two years, it will be 3.02 pm, then.
-
So, in summary, probably should have been 2 pens each and a red card for Ayling.
-
They should have had one in the first two mins. Didn't really impact the game seeing as they scored right after anyway. We should have had one for the pull on Stewart. He was getting to the ball, had players in support for the lay off and was clearly pulled down. Matsuki handled it. As ever with handball, could have gone either way, but plenty of times would have been given. The ref indicated it hit Matsuki's shoulder, so he obviously didn't see it clearly. The Ayling on Sceinza was probably a foul but by that point I dont think the ref fancied it and he would have had to send Ayling off. The Larin one wasn't a foul. He got to the ball but fell over stretching for it and the defender didn’t bring him down.

Someone mentioned it just a moment ago.

The play off final tickets are going on sale tomorrow, right? Absolutely fuck all chance we get disqualified and Boro reinstated. We just need to keep quiet and get on with things. Offer Boro Damion Downs and a free fence.
-
Should have had three yellows and arguably a red for the penalty (although the ref ignored plenty of other pelantiee too).
-
Let's try to get this going on Twitter for the lolz.

Absolutely. If you're not skilled in lip reading or if there's a lot of background noise you might think he said, "fucking gibbering gob-spastic" but he didn’t.

Yeah, but what has that got to do with Mrs Brown's Boys?
