1. Will be wages rather than fee which is the problem.
2. I think the point is that no one wants a hard border there. The EU's solution is for a border in the Irish Sea. We have rejected that. So we could just say, "it's your problem Rep. Ireland / EU". However that makes a withdrawal agreement extremely unlikely.
3. Complaining loads might "work", sure; however, you said they had a legal obligation to sell the shirt at the advertised price, which is simply not true.
4. I guess it depends whether you attach more weight to a quote from a single member state politician or to a paper setting out the considered opinion of the European Commission. It would seem odd if the Irish PM could guarantee something specifically flagged as being a concern in a paper issued the same day. Where are these Leo Varadkar quotes?
5. Well, the link I just posted, which is an official EU paper released today, does not say that at all.
6. EU has released a paper today https://ec.europa.eu/info/sites/info/files/communication-preparing-withdrawal-brexit-preparedness.pdf Main consequences of UK leaving the EU without a Withdrawal Agreement include (see page numbered 5):

Border issues: The European Union must apply its regulation and tariffs at borders with the United Kingdom as a third country, including checks and controls for customs, sanitary and phytosanitary standards and verification of compliance with EU norms. Transport between the United Kingdom and the European Union would be severely impacted. Customs, sanitary and phytosanitary controls at borders could cause significant delays, e.g. in road transport, and difficulties for ports.

7. I can confirm that the "possible toaster" is almost certainly a toaster.
8. Did you know it's legal to **** on the rear wheel of a taxi?
9. You're talking out of your arse.
10. They don't make you an offer. You make them an offer to buy at that price. They don't accept your offer until they accept your offer.
11. Wouldn't expect us to sign another centre back unless we sell one / loan one out. Assuming Vestergaard starts then at least one of Yoshida, Hoedt and Bednarek is likely on the bench. Plus we have Stephens. I can't see us spending money on fees and wages for another one to join the list. Obviously if Yoshida wants to go to China or Qatar or whatever then the position changes slightly.
12. Thanks pal.
13. Hope both lose.
14. Him and Southgate together might actually be decent. Clearly Southgate is good at organisation, man management, motivation etc. Hoddle seems pretty clueless at that stuff but, apparently according to people who work in football, he's clever tactically.

Could have been Howard and Jason.
17. Let's be honest, we've got **** all chance if our best centre backs are Maguire and Stones.

19. I'd play it safe and park in Mansfield.

Just seen him in West Quay. 5Guys.
22. Good post.
23. Well, they are. I'm not sure a single one of our players would get in a combined eleven. Maybe Trippier.
24. I think Bertrand's going to be knackered if we set up that way.
25. What is Transfer Levy? VAT?
