As we see on here, a large proportion of our fan-base is weirdos with strange, insular understandings of the world. No surprise that a new format put them off a bit. The appropriate legal action. Don't be silly. Complete waste of time and money. The appropriate remedy is to withdraw the ticket, which this system allows. There is nothing inherently wrong with the system. It is a good system. The problem appears to be that some numpty has incorrectly labelled a batch.

I would say the cause is a cock-up of someone labelling a batch incorrectly, but you can draw that ridiculously remote conclusion if you want.
