Pearson is showing himself again to be a very promising manager. I thought that Leicester team would be shellshocked and would spend a season or two in that league, with Mandaric probably sacking Pearson reasonably quickly. In fact, it has to be said Manadaric has supported him pretty well but it still takes a good manager and motivator to turn a team round like that.
