  1. Alternatively, you could buy yourself a nice mansion and yacht in the Caribbean, and let the Cheats implode and slide back down to the level they deserve, all by themselves. Admittedly there won't be the satisfaction of them playing in red/white stripes, but I'm sure that won't be too big of a sacrifice as you sip martinis on the beach.
  2. Reading the comments it is clear that the few are going to get fewer. But if for any reason a ticket was not provided, the fan would still owe Zebra the full debt. The club said it ‘cannot foresee any circumstances where this would be relevant.’ That's strange, everyone here can.
  3. And if Saints were to win that match it would wipe the smiles off some of the cocky Brighton fans posting here.
  4. I want them to survive, but if they are going to go bust anyway at least they could have the decency to do so before the season ends.
  5. Barcelona certainly don't care. Xavi and Iniesta are both 5ft 7in.
  6. POMPEY have assured fans that money paid for season tickets will go straight in to the club’s coffers. Note the lack of assurance that the club won't fold, with Chinny emptying the said coffers, immediately afterwards.
  7. All the roads for the Cheats seem to be leading to the same place ..... promotion or bust. No pressure then for Stevie boy and his paper thin squad.
  8. And if so, will it jeopardise his chances of getting the England job?
  9. Not necessarily.
  10. Considering he came in and immediately got rid of an excellent young manager, purely out of spite because he was appointed by his arch nemesis Crouch, replacing said manager with a "revolutionary coaching set up" headed by a couple of clowns, many would say that RL was to blame for the relegation. And don't get me started on him allowing Saints to go into administration just a few days after the cutoff date for the points penalty to carry-over to the next season.
  11. And don't forget, even if they make the playoffs, there are 3 of the better teams standing in their way to temporary salvation. So that makes the Cheats chances of survival one quarter of Jack Schitt.
  12. Even better: their playoff place is guaranteed, they cannot finish second, and roll over in the match to avoid having to meet us in the playoffs.
  13. That's true every night.
  14. Bring Arsenal, Manure, AC Milan, Barcelona, and anyone else interested with tons of wonga, into a room, and let the bidding begin.
  15. Has he signed yet?
  16. If they miss out on 6th place by a point or so Chinny is really going to be kicking himself. At least he'll take comfort in trousering the remaining millions from the remaining parachute monies and whatever assets are left. Of course his disappointment will pale in comparison to that of the few, as their hopes get cruelly crushed, and after they gaze on the ruins of their cesspit of a club.
  17. Yes, but he is arguably our best striker, if only he didn't spend so much time in the treatment room.
  18. If the manager or groundsman saves the club by bringing in a billionaire owner, why not?
  19. Any hope of entering the Russian roulette with three chambers out of four filled. Still, the few have to clutch at whatever straws they can. It's the hope that kills you.
  20. I think the fun will really begin the moment it is mathematically impossible for them to make the top six. Oh how we'll laugh.
  21. Well, the lull didn't last long did it? From the comments: Cash or Cheque only = No protection, You wont get it back if the club goes back into administration, this smells of something very dodgy. I mean seriously! there must be a cash flow crisis again! doggo It appears that the penny is starting to drop for some of the few.
  22. Yes, but he did sign Big Ken. (See above).
  23. Great player. But it's amazing to think that a Br*nf**t signing could make the top 10!
  24. Yes indeed, best wishes to him. Just curious, was he a smoker?
