As somebody posted yesterday maybe tomorrow is the crucial day............ Pay day but no wages paid because the club is skint.......... Club automatically goes into Administration and for a short while SLH & SFC are both in Administration............ Pinnacle pay up and immediately take SFC out of Administration.......... FL give SFC a CVA as they have come out of Administration thereby avoiding the extra -15points ....... Pinnacle go with the -10, Everybody happy .................. Simples

If as reported Fry is pushing the club to other interested parties he obviously has lost confidence in Pinnacle, If he still thought they were almost there he would be relaxed and just waiting there final signature. Not looking good in my Opinion

I have a funny feeling that his name is still being kept quite because Pinnacle are not sure now that it is going to happen. Personally I would have thought after today TL would have wanted it Signed & Sealed this evening. Fry has already said that he has had a couple of more NEW interested parties today beside the Swiss. I really believe time is just about up for Pinnacle , Pity because it looked promising.

Dont think there will be a lot done today , The players & Staff will be as anxious as the rest of us. They maybe will get a couple of poker schools going;)

I was fairly confident last friday but after sitting in front of this computer all day.......Nothing. Today is going to be another squeaky bum day, Just hope we have the right outcome this time , Confidence...... Around 80%

Please explain exactly what the CVA is and why we should have one.

We are saying in one breath that SFC and SLH are completely seperate and therefore we should not be -10, SLH is in Administration not SFC. And the next breath Fry is Selling SFC for 15million or whatever to pay off the debts of SLH who are in Administration. Surely that is a contradiction and proves the two are in fact one of the same, so how can we legally argue the -10 deduction. We should except it and get on with it IMO.

Off course not .............. My hope is that Pinnacle can get it sorted, but merely pointing out that it might not be that easy. I really cant see that SLH & SFC are seperate idenities which probably means the -10 is a stick on and so there must be other "LEGAL" problems which may prove difficult to overcome. Hope I am wrong and Pinnacle seal it on Monday.

Whilst I am like all other fans very gratefull to TL for taking the time to update us I cant help but feel that something is missing or should I say not being fully explained here. I find it difficult to believe that the Pinnacle group and there obviously knowledgeable legal team have worked on completing the Takeover,( Which they stated was just a matter of doting the i,s and crossing the t,s), for three weeks and seem to have been bowled out in the last few hours of the exclusivity period. It tells me two things , either somebody at Pinnacle has not done the full Due Diligence properly or Fry has not set up the Administration of SLH correctly with regard to SFC. The way I read the situation is that the money being paid is for SFC but Fry will use it to pay off the Stadium & Bank etc which are in fact the debts of SLH. No wonder every one including the football League are confused. I dont think we are really aware of the full problem with regard to the reason the football league are not rubber stamping the deal but IMHO it is to do with a lot more than the -10 points. Hopefully it can be sorted on Monday but I wont hold my breath.

I really dont think that GM is stirring or rocking boats, he is simply pointing out a previous statement made by TL. Rightly or wrongly it looks to me like someone did not do the homework properly.

As with all these rumors it is difficult to gauge the amount of truth in this story but if Pinnacle want to get off to a flyer appointing KK as manager would be the best possible thing they could do. IMO it would double the season ticket sales and probably up last years gate average by 100%. Keegan would be a fantastic coup second time around , I cannot emphasize enough what it did for the club when LM got him the first time and I think MLT as Chairman & KK as Manager would rocket us back into the limelight. Go do it Tony & Matt , You know you want to.

All very strange , The sooner pinnacle let everyone know what is happening the better because at the moment we are a rudderless ship drifting every which way. So many conflicting stories and speculation, we will be the worst prepared club in the league again if someone doesnt step up to the plate very soon. Staff , Players and supporters all need to be put in the picture as a matter of urgency.
