  1. Good Question , Answer conspicuos by its absence !
  2. All Lowe has done by appointing Twotte is repeat the Wigley Scenario , How unbelievable is this Idiot. Twotte has been working with the players and Jan all season and IMHO he is much to blame for the teams results & table position as Jan and the rest of the coaching staff are , Talk about moving deckchairs !!!! This club will never progress whilst Lowe is involved.
  3. I would like to see Ian Dowie employed for the rest of the season to work with Portaloo, I think it could work .
  4. This is the best suggestion and would really make the point if it was organised and Press &TV present.
  5. To really understand all of this you first have to understand what makes Rupert Lowe Tick. RL is driven by his pride and his egotistical outlook on life , when he was removed from the club by Wilde he was damaged more than he will ever admit. He spent two years plotting his way back , not because he wanted SFC to do well and not as most think to safeguard his shares, that was a secondary issue. He got back his position of power that his egotistical pride needed by conning a very weak Mike Wilde into believing that he was about to lose his millions that he invested in SFC. It has been well documented that Wilde has severe cash flow problems and thinking that he was about to go to the wall he meekly fell in line with lowe , compleatly taken in by the Lowe Master Plan. The Lowe master plan was to install the Dutch coaches and work with Kids , this plan had been on Lowe's agenda for a few years and had absolutly nothing to do with the financial state of the club. It was simply a plan for Lowe to prove he knew better than the rest of the football world and it is now backfiring on him in a big way. The finances at SFC would have been the same this season regardless of Lowe, Crouch had allready instigated the savings and a lot of what Lowe as done was allready in place to be done. The biggest difference would have been Nigel Pearson would still have been manager , a manager who knows English football and the CCC. Whilst I am not naive enough to think everything would have been rosy with Crouch & Pearson at the helm, I am 100% sure we would be higher up the League and not one bit financially worse off than we are now. Rupert Lowe has so,so much to answer for, He is the ruination of this once great club. All IMO of course, (And I Have 60 years of supporting the Saints)
  6. Excellent letter very well put and every word the truth , Like you I was sick to the pit of my stomach yesterday. Supported the Saints since my first game at the Dell in 1949, In 60years I have never felt this low and ashamed about My Club , My Team.
  7. I Agree we need a new manager , A Proper Manager , Someone who knows the english game and the Championship. Just look at Forest since that little **** BD has gone there. I do not like him as a person but he is good at his job. Jan I like as a person but I am afraid the job is to much for him, He should stick to coaching youngsters , Youth team/Academy I sure he would to a good job...........Championship Manager he is not
  8. The whole club is lost and has been running up blind alleys all season.
  9. Probably as ****ed off as the rest of us
  10. If as some say Lowe is on holiday then it will take at least a week for the dust to settle and anything to happen. If Lowe is on Holiday just goes to prove what a load of Rollocks all the Arturo Lupoli Thread was.
  11. Wilde has no backbone so dont expect anything from him, He let Lowe suck him in by promising to look after his investment and then let Lowe play him like a fiddle all season. I hope he looses the lot when the Administrator rolls up next week ??
  12. If Crouch had got the chance to finish what he had started who knows were it would of ended, For sure Pearson would still be manager , Barclays seemed happy with Crouch's approach to the finances and most importantly in Crouch you had someone who was totally comitted to the Saints. I am fairly certain we would be a lot higher in the table had things been left alone. If you prefer to listen to the lies & doom &gloom that come from Lowes mouth then good luck to you , Lowe only got into this club again because he jockeyed that Spineless ***t Wilde into a position on the threat of Wilde losing his investment. Lowe is not the slightest bit interested in Wilde now , Lowe is just a user , Lowe has got HIS toys back and he is going to do what he wants now come hell or highwater. Southampton is not the only football club in the UK that is deep in the financial poo , but if you listen to the gospel according to Lowe we are in the bigger trouble than any club in the land, He has brainwashed the supporters with his scaremongering tactics and it is him that has put the club in the precarious position it is today with his total football b@ll@ks. RUPERT LOWE ........... I HAD A DREAM !!!!!!!!!!!! Give me Crouch with his integrity and love of Saints anyday
  13. Fancy we might hit a bit of form 3-0 to the Saints
  14. Best Manager has to be Lawrie Mac just for what he acheived with the club...... Fa Cup win , League Cup Final(Runners up) , Promotion to Div 1 , Highest ever league finish, Plus all the great players he attracted to the club. Worst Manager , Rupert Lowe................ I Know, I Know, But he has been managing this season believe ME !!
  15. Having just spent the last couple of Hours digesting all the postings on this thread all I can say is WOW!! , There sure are some skeletons falling out of the cupboards today. Duncan , Your first post on this thread is a real cracker but why have you waited so long to out these facts. IMHO the club is now very close to imploding and the leaks in the press on players wages/contracts are the first "Dont Blame Me" squeals coming out of SMS. Obvious canditates for these leaks are Lowe ,Jones , Wilde etc but I am sorry to say it looks to me as if Administration is very , very close. There were rumours last week of Wilde selling out to Crouch and Crouch entrusting those plus his own shares to Fulthorpe &co to allow a take over and the removal for good of Lowe. Quite honestly I see this as the only hope of avoiding administration but it would need to happen very quickly , like maybe this week.
  16. I Really didn't rate Mike Riley today , !st goal offside , 2nd not a penalty but the one thing he got right was that Pattersons challenge was a RED card.
  17. If There is any truth in this then Wilde must sell to Crouch ASAP the summer maybe to late......... Do it NOW Mike and lets get something done before the Transfer window is shut........... Crouch & Fulthorpe in and Goodbye Lowe and we might just have a chance of surviving.
  18. Why so much Gloom , If Forest can win 3-0 at Man City today we are capable of completing a Manchester Double and dumping United from the cup. Thats what the FA cup is all about,Shocks & Giant Killing................ 2-0 to the Saints with Kelvin getting MOM.
  19. Arse .......Talking Out Of !!!
  20. Great read Lawrie , I was at the Bradford City game and you are right about the Goal I always list it as one of my all time favourites when asked my favourite Saints Moments. Happy Days when the clubs Directors under Ted and yourself as Manager were respected and appreciated by the fans of SFC.
  21. We all know Michael Wilde is a Bum Chairman!!
  22. Agree with the first bit , But I can assure you the Majority of fans ARE totally P..... Off with Lowe and the Board.
  23. Sydenham , Armstrong , & Marsden for me.
  24. Good on you , Needs a lot more with the balls to follow your example!
  25. Reading through most of the threads there is obviously a overwhelming desire to see the back of Lowe again, What I do not understand is how with only a 6% shareholding can he remain in place with so many wanting rid of him. Surely a lot of shareholders who have there say on the forums will be attending the AGM to vote against him. I really can't understand how Lowe survives even with Wildes backing.
