I honestly think everything has been quite rightly put on the back burner out of respect for Markus. Even the bit in the echo today is only a rehash. I think once tomorrow has passed and everyone at the club has paid there respects to the great man we will return to football once again. R.I.P. Markus

I agree 100% with all of that , But one thing must be done for us ever to have any chance of winning anything and that is the manager must be English and not a foriegn mercenary who is only in it for the money.

For Gods sake why cant we just all enjoy supporting our football club, A year ago pre Markus & Cortese we would have done a deal with the devil just to keep SFC afloat. We got lucky,very lucky when Markus invested some of HIS cash in the club and provided us fans with the best season of supporting Saints in many a long year. Whatever Markus & Cortese decide to do with the club in the future is entirely up to them, but one thing is for sure it cannot be any worse than where we were in May/June 2009. To many "We are doomed merchants" calling themselves Saints Supporters these days.

Sorry but I totally disagree with you, Drew would be a fantastic signing for us. This reminds me of the time a certain Mike Channon left us and went to Man City only to be back almost as quick as he went because he realized his love of all things Southampton. He was a true Saints legend and I think Drew has similar feelings for Saints. Get him back if possible and I bet he will be a star in this league , and beyond.

Drew is Southampton to the core, would be a great bit of business to get him back, after all he was only sold to keep the club afloat during the darkest days of administration. He never really wanted to leave and IMHO that is why he has not performed at Wolves, his heart was never in it, he is a saint and would be great back here.

I cannot believe some of the dross I read on here, If Pardew left now it would be a disaster for the club, We would be right back at square one. Ok the building might not have be done fast enough this season to please every one but just look back a year to the ruin that was SFC in May 2009. For my money the rebuilding in the last twelve months has been unbelievable and for any of the bricks to be removed now would be a serious backward step. No club wins every game and to finish seventh in the league from a -10 start and win a trophy is a fantastic effort by all concerned. Whilst I agree that Pardew is only one part of a larger team the last thing that SFC need at this time is to lose any of its main frame be it ,Leibher, Cortese , Pardew, Rickie Lambert or whoever, Now is time to continue the building process not tearing apart the great foundation thats been built in the last year.

If I was Pardew I would not change to much , Just bring in James to replace Morgan. James is best in midfield.

For what its worth I think the shirt could be based on the swiss Flag.

Antonio has a lot of potential , At the moment he reminds me of a young Kenwynne Jones, he used to get a permaent slagging in his early days with us and look how KJ turned out. It is time the impatient brigade got off Antonio,s Back, he is very young and learning but if I was AP I would be happy with his progress.

Scott Arfield is a player that Saints have been sniffing around for the last few weeks. It was rumoured that we offered £300,000 early January and Falkirk said they would not deal less than £500,000. He is a kid with a lot of potential and I suppose in todays markets £500,000 is not that big a gamble but definately one for the future IMO.

What about the Fu-Cup, You know we had a few of them under Lowe
