I'm not really trying to knock Pardew & had a great day out @ Wembely. He set up a good squad with good players that clearly have enough ability to get promoted. It was very clear at times though when things weren't going our way he often struggled which is something that IMO NA more often than not doesn't. Also 1 of the most important factors in SFC's future success is stability which is something Pardew quite clearly wasn't offering ie not listening to coaching staff pre season and pushing the players too hard resulting in our key striker losing his form for more than 6 months & not being able to see eye to eye with the chairman (and by all accounts the owner towards the end of last season).

I duno Alps, how many times did AP come to the rescue with his plan B to get us out of the sh!te........ No I can't think of any either!

Couldn't agree more. As players they can sense something that not many of them will have a chance to achieve too often as well.

Cant see anything wrong with guly up front with Lambert and Dickson at left midfield. I actually think that could work quite well.
