You might well be right in your assessment. However, we’re losing games by a goal at a time, and having addressed the glaring issues in attack, I genuinely believe that if our defence can be a little more organised we’ll be ok. We’re a few wins away from mid (ish) table. They just need a bit more confidence.

I looked in on their forum earlier and it’s safe to say that they’re preparing for relegation. It’s interesting that some (seemingly connected) posters were saying that they were pi**ing other clubs off by wading into advanced transfer deals knowing they couldn’t afford the players.

My bad. I was obviously thinking of someone else.

Don’t know much about him other than he’s about 5 foot tall and ran around a lot in the World Cup. From memory he was ok but nothing special. Would be a good squad filler for a mid to lower table team (i.e. Bournemoutn) but not someone who will set the league on fire.

Not been able to pay attention to any of this today. Without any NJ biases. How have we actually played?
