  11. What is paid holiday? Never heard of such a thing! To be frank, and I don't mean this a nasty way, but in this economic climate she should count her lucky stars she has a job at all. Maybe her firm is taking such draconian action just to keep competitive and in business. Golden Employment Rights etc are all very well when the economy is chugging along at full speed but can quickly turn against their intended purpose when we are staring into the economic abyss as at the moment. I'm not saying we go back to the days before unions, when kids were made to work 18 hour days in terrible conditions, but is asking someone to forgo a few days of down time so the whole company can remain in business such a bad thing? Of course, a big caveat here. If the fat cats are not seen to be sharing the pain too (as they are clearly not) then that is simply wrong.
  12. Same here. Not that I have second teams mind; Saints is more than enough! But if SFC was to be no more then it would be the Blue n White of Albion which would take my attention. I've always kept half an eye open for the Albion score. Having made Hove my home. I like B&H Albion. Nothing against them and genuinely hope they do well and get into the Prem with us. They are a solidly supported club. Over the years since being chucked out of the Goldstone ground they spent a couple of seasons playing their home games at Gillingham and still had a good following. When the whole stadium saga was going through the courts I was there lending my voice of solidarity with the Albion fans against the NIMBYs.
  13. This is hilarious!
  14. despicable. These kids should be birched for losing to Pompey.
  15. I hate spreading butter on hot toast. Can't stand eating hot toast. The butter melts and runs down one's fingers. Cold toast is the way forward. Which do you prefer?
  16. Don't drink alcohol. It is expensive, ruins your health and wastes a large chunk of your life getting over the hangovers. Stick to orange squash.

Dune darling, there is nothing 'loyal' and 'patriotic' about supporting a political party which is only interested in lining their pockets and those of their rich buddies at the expense of the rest of the country. Also, it is not patriotic to support a dead racist White Supremacist. Oh but hang on, that is what the Tory party is...
  18. Pity the politicians don't learn from it. There would have been fewer poppies falling if the egotistical pratts hadn't sent the army off to an unwinable and wholly unnecessary war in Afghanistan. I will always support the troops. But not the war. They should not be there.
  19. Fog on the Tyne is all Mine....
  20. Feking Geordie Anglo Saxon. Bring back the fat arsed ginga bint. (at least she's got w-ank-abilty-factor).
  21. So who won? Please, God, tell me I haven't got to watch it again? Thought it would be all over tonight. ******
  22. Darling, I wish I was a women[sic]... ...but until the op, all I have is Ex-Factor. Don't steal my joy.
