Just hope he knows JET LEE's "one finger press and you're dead" move. Can't wait to see opposing defences dropping like flies within a single batter of an eye.

In Nicola Cortese, the backing of the Liebherr we have something we don't merit. It's high time that each and every Saints supporter invested 100% of themselves into backing them, backing the club. With the possible Dockyard closure in Skatesville and their club folding, a man like Cortese and the Liebherr backing stands to create a massive job saving industry and huge football empire your here in God's country.

Brilliant Minty. High time the club purchased a Hovercraft and really did use it to transport the squad back and forth. I can forsee the day when Staplewood is developed further and a Hovercraft becomes a regular service.

Very true but as I've posted several places, our problem isn't the Chairman, the manager, the players, it's the twelfth man. The twelfth man has been failing and needs to get 100% behind the team, the club and give it the final push towards promotion. Patience is a virtue but at Saints it's the difference between success and failure.

This has been my own fear and the closer we move to a Premiership return the bigger the demons seem to be. Just look at the fan base, so quick to return to tearing each other, the players and now the Chairman apart. Here is France Academies are generally for funding a club with sales of decent young players to those willing to pay. It will take many years of top flight to reach the point where we produce players for our own first team. I don't have the details but not even Man United do so. Arsenal try but still need to bring in players like Walcott and Chamberlain not to mention big name savings. Our greatest danger isn't the Chairman, the manager or players, it's our own very traumatised and unforgiving supporters.

I forgot to add about Nicola's great forward thinking in signing Japanese player Tandanari Lee. Lee might be used during the remainder of the season, but I am convinced his signing was lined up for the Premiership, where Japanese TV interest and shirt sales will pour millions into the clubs coffers.

The real reasons why Puncheon is in the situation he is was posted on BBC 11 days ago. Here is the article which a lot of folk including Puncheon himself must have missed. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/16550877.stm

All the players listed are former players who have played for Atkins. Cortese is protecting Saints interests of insisted he is sold not loaned out. League rules prevent a player playing for more than 2 clubs in any one season. Should he not be sold by the end of the window, we still have a choice to loan him out, or come to an arrangement where the manager is able to make use of his services. Nicola shows wisdom in his decisions. It's the same old, same old, on here every transfer window. If we're going to buy players, the best ones arrive at the last minute or have been ready to sign early on. Patience is a virtue, with Saints it's a lif time quest

Grrrr!!! Always sad when a club gets into difficulty, falls into Administration and gets closed down. However, Pompey have been cheating, twisting every regulation, making fools about the game in this country. They've been more than lucky and I have to smile to see them getting their just desserts. May their demise be a lesson to all the other cheats, and wheeler dealers who think they can poison the game of football in this proud country of ours.

Maynard to Wigan, Hooper and Sharp stay put- What makes Saints unattractive ?
ART replied to old_southy's topic in The Saints
Lighthouse I am NOT tarring all Saints supporters with the same brush or relating my opinion on last nights match or crowd. It was a Monday and cold winters night, a school night and not typical of your normal home game. yet pour former manager was returning to the stadium, we had a new loan player in the team. I share no opinion whatsoever with Alpine. We are a far cry from the united, loyal supporter base of yesteryear. Expectations by some are beyond all imagination, we expect everything but some aren't prepared to back the players, the manager or the Chairman at a time we are top of the Championship. This current downfall in our season can be traced back to vicious attacks by our own supporters on players like Bart and Gully. Od course they're foreigners, (oh so easy) and living far from home. Normally not a problem, but at Christmas time, when hearts, feelings turn to home, it's tough to remain fully focused when you've got your own supporters insulting and bringing you down. The supporters are the 12th man as Leicester showed us last night and our incredible away supporters show week in, week out. Players, under par. or who are nervous, rise to the occasion with 100% of their own supporters behind them. I defie anyone to say constant barracking and insulting resolves the problem. Elsewhere I know that players thinking of a move, especially those who take their time, do take a look at fans forums and what is speculated in the local press or phone ins to sports programs. Most of those players we are trying to sign are former Atkins players, as was Beckford last night. I have no doubt they follow Nigel and his teams and know a lot that is to be known about the club, the supporters. -

What makes Saints unattractive? The fickle supporters who prefer watching their football on TV. The supporters who write on forums so badly about their own players when the team were Number one in the Championship. Twelfth man? We no longer have a twelfth man that remains loyally behind the manager and the team. We don't deserve a top class stadium, financial backing second to none and aren't ready from a supporters point of view to return to the Premiership. How are such supporters going to survive losing game after game when even winning they're slitting their wrists and calling on hell fire to descend upon their players. -
Saint Charlie, where's that spark and initiative from yesteryear. Adam Lallana and many of our players are on Twitter daily. If you really were interested in his injury you'd ask him directly. He doesn't bite and is very approachable.
-
Truth is that he is out of it. Felt he was showing allegiance to Leicester hoping that Nigel Pearson will give him a look in. Didn't fit in on loan at Exeter. Funnier still was Matt Mills plucked/shaped eyebrows. Looked really weird.

Worse performance since the relegation season. Sadly shows how far we are from being a team that could compete in the Premiership. I've been dreading since we made the top spot of seeing Saints under Atkins, repeating the huge S****horpe slump when they were right up there, only to sink like a stone. Poor showing from the Saints supporters who seem no longer interested in filling the Stadium and watching at home. This is not a good sign should we get promoted with all matches on TV. Lets the chairman see even in top flight the fans will prefer to watch on TV than fill up the stadium. A very sad indicator of the times. I suddenly feel the rose colored spectacles have fallen off and we're back to reality having fooled everyone into believing we were a top side. ******** to the Academy, we are still a buying club.

The beautiful SUBMAILANEN ABELE from the new CD of Finland's DUO W, DUO W comprises of my dear friend Miikka Hakomaki (viola) and Kalli Vaino (piano) who are studying at the Sybelius Institute in Helsinki http://www.youtube.com/user/ArtzLine#p/u/0/hdQU_9tQCyo

Well at very least we have our new loan signing Iago from Spurs and word has it he will be in the line up. Let's be positive rather than start this Year of the Dragon with negativity. After all in 1976 Year of the Dragon we overcame adversity and won the FA CUP

CD I cannot accept your attack on David in Sweden who has been a most respected member and Saints historian for many years. I find it completely out of character from your good self as you likewise are respected and don't often make such an attack that is not warranted. Beattie asks for everything that has come his way. He could and should have gone on to be one of the best centre forwards of his age. Sadly, things are going from bad to worse.

Never try to suppress dreams or being able to remember them. It's healthy to be able to recall your dreams no matter how disturbing. People do all sorts of things in dreams, fly, swim underwater, and of course sexually orientated things that one would never do in real life. Maybe subconsciously you desire or are attracted to this guy, or curious what it would be like to "slip into him easily" This guy may represent a girl that subconsciously your brain makes a connection, that you wish to spoon with. Usually the characters in our dreams relate to persons in our daily life. The brain then makes a link to our earliest experienes and past people in our lives It may be a one off but should it become a regular occurrence, don't suppress your desires, as in turn they will poison your existence. Get horribly drunk and give it a try and more than likely the dreams will stop OR you might discover it does indeed feel good.

I agree that Juniors brain is trying to tell him something. Maybe subconsciously the Brain recognises and telling him that this other guy is Gay, and is attracted to Junior. Or does this act and guy connect with memories from childhood. Does Junior have a younger brother/brothers, did they ever sleep together when they were small kids. I find the bit about the other boys arse being easy to slide into as being the part where the subconscious has picked up on something.

Definitely one of the former chairmen gang will be the mystery creditor. Could be anyone of them but more than likely it's the one who sold Saints to Nicola Cortese. I think this calls for a poll and bets to be collected when it is finally revealed. Personally I've always thought Lowe was the one who sold the investment to Cortese, but in there is a sneaky feeling Wilde may have pulled it all off.

The legend Etta James has lost her battle with leukaemia and died in California. An amazing singer at the very heart of Soul music for many years. The world is a sadder place without Etta's incredible singing and music. R.I.P. Just been announced that Kevin Davies has been cast aside. I'd hate him to end up at West Ham whilst we wait on further transfer news. It still believe he'd do a great job up front with Ricky and act as a foil that would drag the opponents defence apart whilst allowing Ricky and others to get in and score. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2089526/Kevin-Davies-alerts-West-Ham-Bolton-admission.html

Last week Glenfiddich found the dead body of one of their employees in a Vat. They closed down for 10 days to conduct a thorough cleaning. Hick! http://news.stv.tv/scotland/north/293066-worker-dies-at-whisky-distillery/
