Beckham's agent is refusing to comment to either confirm or deny. The way this story has taken over all the news, the headlines, has me thinking that Sarkozy's using the leak to cover up all the disquiet and anger of airport strikes, train strikes and not to mention the threat of losing the triple AAA. Has me thinking why do our politicians in Britain never think up things like this to con the public into thinking all is well.

France is in complete unbelief and everyone reacting in complete supor. Beckam, at 37 has signed an 18 month contract to play for Paris St Germain (PSG) Monthly salary 800,000 euros per month. Football has gone completely mad. The other perks include 2 houses in Paris, security guards, chauffeurs for him and the wife and kids. Where is this all going to end?http://www.bfmtv.com/david-beckham-se-serait-engage-pour-18-mois-actu20801.html

Moody's have just issued the following warning to the UK, leaving France for a downgrading not before 2012 http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/financialcrisis/8969196/Moodys-warns-UK-credit-rating-at-risk-if-growth-stalls.html

My baptism into watching football came from sitting between dad and granddad in the stands at the Rust bowl back inthe early 50's with an occasional game at the Dell. It wasn't long thanks to John Sydenham I began going to the Dell on my own. I recall going to watch the Saints from the terraces at the Rust Bowl two or three times on my own till I went overseas. It was grim and got drenched one time and it poured with rain.

Steve was poor today, not up to how I've seen him playing in his cameo roles as super sub. He hesitated too often where previously he'd baffle his opponents. Needs to up his game. If not can never see him doing anything in the Premiership if we gain promotion.

I am ashamed of all those having a go at Bart. Rarely have we had a more loyal player who's stayed at the club playing second fiddle to Kelvin for so long. One off day and this is how so called Saints supporters treat the guy. I'm disgusted.

Remember that Cameron knew too well that Sarkozy faces an election in May 2012 and Sarkozy 34% is trailing Francois Holland's 60% of intended votes. Along with the German Socialists the Socialists refuse to support Merkozy. or to apply the Golden Rule. Everything is open and to play for. Sarkozy is electioneering, playing to the French public, hoping to gain their favor. If. as expected. the euro continues to fail, for Britain, there is everything still to play for, and withthe sure chance of coming out on top

Euro from the beginning should have become a Federated union instead of doing what they did and lump rich and poor into a union that has resulted in the current disaster. Rich countries have been brought down to the level of the weaker members. It was flawed from the moment they went for enlarging the Union without giving proper consideration to the long term consequences. I believe the euro will survive but not before a huge devaluation that I fear is what Obama is calling for. The weakened euro gives the likes of China and Russia huge opportunity of buying up resources on the cheap, as a preferred means to lending money. Hidden beneath the economies of most European countries is an immense clandestine economy of Chinese and Russians operating apart. It's high time governments did something to expose and reign in the millions of illegal underground operators who cream off fortunes and pay not a penny into the actual economies of European countries.

Someone somewhere is making one hell of a lot of money out of this euro chaos. You're not going to tell me the odd couple of corrupt speculators were the only ones at it. They were just the tip of the iceberg. You don't hear the Russians or Chinese complaining these days. This all goes way beyond our wildest imagination.

You need to see with doctors about being put on Prozac or better still Cymbalta both of which calm the central nervous system and relieve pain. You can do a google search for both drugs but you won't get them without medical approval. Wishing you the very best in resolving the problem. If you know of a reputable Acupuncture Doctor, preferably training in China, that could offer a means of killing the pain.

Have you tried using a program like CCleaner to clear out all the temperory files, then do the Registry clean and finally take a look at Start Up Section and disable all but your anti virus and sound card. Restart, if no problems then delete all these Start up prgrams. Finally see if that speeds up and averts connection cutting. You can download CCleaner for FREE at Filehippo http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ You can also look at your Firewall or if you don't have one the Windows Firewall on the Control panel. Ensure you've given all necessary permissions to connect.

Gutted to hear of Billy Sharp's new born baby. My thoughts go out to him, his wife and family. Top notch that he played tonight and every scored. So much for being his last game played.

Mentioned last year use of Flock browser which still works but been put to rest. I'm currently running 9 browsers side by side, some Portable versions and testing Firefox 8, 9 and 10 , yet I have come around to using Chrome more, and in the past few days IRON ( a Chrome clone) and Comedo Dragon ( a Chrome clone with fantastic built in anti virus, security and browsing anonomously. These last two are really fast, and a sheetr delight to use. I'm posting to see if anyone else has been using any of the above mentioned but to highly recommend IRON and Comedo Dragon Browsers. If you like Chrome you'll love these two, in particular Comedo Dragon. Any feedback and comments most welcome

Sounded a lot like SAM DINGLE off Emmerdale. Thought he was pathetic.

What browser are you using? Works best with Firefox, Chrome or Safari

On Firstrow you have 3 LINKS to choose from. If one isn't working or has too many watching you go to another of the 3 links. It's running beautifully. Must be your firewall, antivirus or computer if it's not working.
-
Thanks Saint Clark and Johnnyboy. The Firstrow link is working beautifully and with English commentary too. Anyone know what is the Channel showing any of the links.?

I'd like to warn anyone who decides to use the opening thread link posted by Pat from Poole that the download of the plugin in will disrupt your computer for ever more by installing browser plugins and searchqu which is really difficult to uninstall.

Truly amazing indeed. Thank you so much for sharing this awesome performance with everyone.

Just heard on Granada news tonight that 7 of the final 12 are from the north west. Gary Barlow, himself from the area seems really to hold a lot of weight and influence over the two female judges. It's one enormous travesty, and rivals the goings on down the M27.

When Beattie first joined Saints he was pretty much a failure at Blackburn and arrived with something to prove. I recall Keith Legg (Blessed be his name) of Saintsforever saying he's never make it at Saints. But he did. For me, a fit Beattie offers an alternative in games,. Quite rightly he's not Ricky, may not fit in with the current game plan, but Nigel has shown he likes to change the way we play, take on other teams, Since Beattie left he's been playing for losers. The current atmosphere and success might be just what is needed to bring back the fire into his belly. I think he'd be good to have around in our struggle to get back to the Premiership.

Kenwyn Jones seems to be up for grabs as it becomes more clear than Peter Crouch heading for Stoke. In Jones we'd get a striker, a center half and someone to get lost down the wing in big games.

Indeed what a start to the season. For myself it's double joy seeing local team Montpellier 2 points clear at the Top of the French Ligue. I'd like to point out that both Montpellier and Saints were previously relegated together. Onwards and upwards.
