  1. An outsiders view of how Pompey are seen to be resolving their future
  2. Expulsion from the Football League should be the minimum punishment for all the deceit and corruption over the past 5 years. Let them start at Blue League level and see where it gets them.
  3. 8 browsers 8 votes and now standing at 70% not enough points deducted. I think the players were fooled into believing Mister BigMoneyBalls was ready to step in and buy the club and the Skate Fairy was going to wave his magic wand and all would be well at Cloud Farton Rust Bowl http://skatefairy.com/pixie_dust.htm

  5. Posting that he's fit, will be available to play sends out a strong psychological message to opposing teams who'd be wary if he were to play against them. Everyone in football uses these tactics before games. No point rushing him whilst we have other players available. He'll come back in time for the run in, ensuring we pick up the points needed instead of all these draws.

    Gary Hooper

David Connelly is not going to last beyond this season except for occasional cameo roles if we get promotion. I am certain that Hooper will eventually end up at Saints, especially if we do end up in the Premiership.

    Gary Hooper

Rangers Administration has virtually handed Celtic the Championship. I can see, if we really were really interested, Celtic now allowing Hooper, or a defender to come to us on loan for the rest of the season. Certainly an avenue worth following up when it's goals we're needed of late to win games.
  8. Who the hell is looking for the lads finishing 2nd? Why second best when we can easily go for being Champions. Of course, let everyone think we're after 2nd place and we'll end up in the playoffs. What is this mentality nowadays of going for 2nd best, aiming low and ending up with nothing. The players, all of them need to know we don't settle for anything but the top spot, the 3points in every game left to play.

    Twitter abuse

Absoluted disgusted but this is going on all the time over Twitter. I've just done a @ChrisDRFCBoyd Google search and it appears this kid was involved in harassing John Terry. Very cleverly he's deleted his account but nothing stops him opening another with the same name as one can do if an account is deleted. This is a matter for the police and I do hope the club will see that it's brought to their attention. It might be worth letting Doncaster supporters know all about this guy, someone might recognise this sick individual. At least there's his photo and the newspapers will surely help find him.

  11. Hammers'll be blowin' bubbles , when the Saints go marchin' in. Saints will give them trouble, when the goals go pourin' in.

  13. Bobby Brown started out as a rapper in his teens. He's since moved on, and in my opinion lost it and sings mediocre R n B.
  14. Bobby Brown is famous rap singer with whom Whitney's had a traumatic on and off marriage. It was Brown who got her hooked on drugs, who is mainly responsible for the tragedy of her life. It would be fitting, not a joke if he's committed suicide as his life has been tragic since he found fame at an early age.
  15. What God Gives, He Taketh away. R.I.P. Whitney Houston, we shall always love you. X♥ Twitter reports that Bobby Brown has been found dead, leaving a note "We both can play this game"
  16. Plenty of conclusive photos showing that Evra offered his hand but Suarz rejected him.
  17. The whole affair is an insult to football in this country by two foreigners known for their lack of intelligence. I cannot believe that Dalgish couldn't have influenced his player to uphold the good name of Liverpool football club in the way Fergie has obviously done with his players before todays game.
  18. I reckon that Gus Hiddink is the right man to get the best out of the England players and a better long term bet than Harry. He's got all the experience and can speak English.
  19. I don't blame Redknapp for relegation. What I find hard to forgive is how, after we stood by him, gave him the chance to rebuild the team, he ran back into the arms of Milan Mandarec. He showed no loyalty at all, although many will say Lowe made life impossible for him to remain. For me he's a top coach/manager having shown many times his capacities, yet for me, two things rule him out of the England job. Firstly his recent health concerns and operation, and secondly, he's too old to take on the World Cup in 2014. He'd be the best for the Euros in June but then tatty bye.

    Dickson recalled

Gutted that Ryan's being loaned to a club like Orient who've never had a decent thing to say about Saints.

    Glenn Hoddle

TalkSport did a poll over the past week and Hoddle was the 3rd most popular choice to replace Capello after Redknapp and Pardew.

    Glenn Hoddle

The sad thing that comes across very clearly. Marcus Liebherr and Nicola Cortese came along and rectified our debts, our past mistakes, yet the supporters of the very same club are still unforgiving, twisted in their thinking and incapable of acknowledging that life goes on, that people learn by their mistakes, become different people. We don't deserve the chance, the opportunity we have been given. The crowd at last nights game showed just where we are. 7 years ago, such was the support, that we had more people turn up at St Mary's for a weekday Reserve game.

    Glenn Hoddle

Tonight, 2 former Celtic managers Martin O'Neill and Tony Mowbry pitted their management skills against one another, as their teams Sunderland and Middlesborough played out an amazing Cup tie. I certainly would never be one to tell them to fck off. Haven't enjoyed a game so much in a long time. And what supporters on both sides!

    Glenn Hoddle

There is still lots of strong support for Hoddle returning to the England job. He's still one of the most talented coaches around and maybe he's had time to reflect on his man management skills. To this day Marian Pahars still thinks Glenn was the best manager he'd played under.
  25. Taking our form over the past 3 months and the fact so many of our matches have been won by penalties there is much cause for concern. I had prayed it was a passing blip, but there doesn't seem to be any turnaround despite having a brilliant squad of players. For me the problem rests in the team selections and substitutions. We no longer are coming up with a successful game plan that wins games.
