ffs dog, how do you know all these serial killers? Do you stalk them or something? Or do they all just happen to come from your neck of the woods?
-
Tonight of all nights, lighten up folks. Daleks a tw*t and he certainly knows that, but this is probably the night we confirmed our flight reservation back to the PL.
-
Consider it forwarded, very funny!

Thats a good point, I think he's seen as having PL potential myself. Plus he had a few issues when he came here, not least his family catastrophe, and a pretty major relocation from his beloved yorkshire. He will come good I'm sure, if NA signed him having worked with him before then thats good enough for me. In Nigel we trust.

Well, it makes a change from SRL putting them all away
-
especially.... "What's even funnier is you know all the big bods working at centre parcs are probably reading this thread and ****ting themselves about the cp reputation going down the pan. " What reputation would that be then? That of being utter shlte?

I thought he was pretty amusing on there myself.

Parking near ground question (happy to pay for Car Park place)
scotty replied to myker's topic in The Saints
I usually park at the East Street multi. Plenty of space, not expensive, no hassles, not pay and display so you dont have to race back to beat your ticket, and handy for the royal oak on the way back. Its a 15 minute walk, or 20 if you slip into the Standing Orders first;) -
I assumed that was you having your midlife crisis Johnny!!!!
-
Ah, I went farther south than that and married an Italian. She's from Naples, and they cant stand the northerners from Milan/Turin etc.....its the same the world over
-
When I was living in Stoke I considered that to be "north".

It is, compared to here. FFS indeed. Before the Leicester game at SMS, we were drinking in the Standing Orders, bumped into a lad from Coventry who revelled in the name of Micky Lambert Said he was loving all the attention at the games hahahaaa. He looked a bit like an ex squaddie if you know what I mean, told us he had come to Southampton 20 years ago for a visit, met a Southampton girl, married her and been here ever since. He was grateful for an excuse not to follow Coventry any more, cant say I blame him....
-
I notice you aren't denying the drink problems

Good work, that man!!
-
They are talking about this on 5-live right now. Would you believe they have dug out Ron Atkinson to give his views.......
-
Thats what I meant. I can see us getting 35-40k average in the prem, thats 10k more than now, so why should the ticket prices go through the roof?

The unforgivable crime of calling turkish a cock.

Personally, I'll be disappointed with anything less than kalashnikovs. Man up, ffs
-
+1. Several posters have mentioned that, and I have to say I agree. He's been out a while tho. Give him time.

Theres bound to be a hike in ticket prices if we go up, (and I'm probably alone in not counting our chickens yet in that regard, theres a way to go yet,) but didnt Cortese suggest that if we did, the capacity would be extended to 45000? Surely the extra crowd would mitigate the need for massive price rises? As for the OP, part of me agrees wholeheartedly. But... if we dont go up, how many more seasons are the chairman and owners going to stick with the project? The five-year plan didnt say anything about sticking around the lower divisions for a while because its more fun that way. They bought a club to turn into a prem outfit, cant see them being satisfied with anything less tbh.

....I might pop down to the lake, the fish are certainly biting......

Thats dreadful. Poor lad, only 23, as others have said above it doesnt sound good if he was not breathing for ten minutes. Can only hope and pray for him.

Dont do a whole yorkshire pud, make individual popovers. Its hard to go wrong with those and theyre quicker. 150 ml milk 50g plain white flour pinch of salt 1 egg blend til smooth Heat up a cake tray til its very hot, the ones with a dozen little cupcake size thingies, drop of oil in each Half fill each of them them and cook at 220 degrees for 15 minutes. easier to serve as well, no slicing, just lift them out one to a plate. Easy.
