  1. Question of opinion? Well take "we hate gays" and substitute the word 'gays' with 'blacks' or 'jews'. Still think its a valid public expression of opinion?
  2. OK, slow interweb connection - just caught up with stuff at top of this page
  3. Errrrrr, post #5 maybe?
  4. Actually, this is the one which of course is not factually correct, but if sung by the true supporter is actually believd by him/her, and hence to him/her is true. So it is fact. In the eyes and mind of the true supporter, even when lodged near the bottom of division 3. Pretty much like religion then.
  5. How glad i am that we don't have Allardyce for our manager..... bor-ing
  6. I'm hoping to fly over from New Zealand and go to the game. What chance of ticekts though? (footy, not air)
  7. Thought the title was intersting, but the OP was just yet another rant. there will be another management along in a few years, and another a few years after that. Ad infinitum. My original thoughts were that the club was its heritage and its history, without which it is just MK Dons mark 2. Of course if it has NO future then the past is worht nothing, but of course it does have a future, whether it with Cortese as the boss (?) or someone else. So for me give me LM, MLT, memories of happy days and hope for more of them. NC is nbot the opnly person who could have bnought our current success. More than that he needs to earn over the years, and not by ******ing of fans, press, other clubs etc.
  8. Yeah, that's right, great business etc Thebn it goes: NC: Oh by a da way, can we loan a few of your young stars for the rest of the season? AFC: f*&k off Repeat indefinitely with every other club we have ps$ed off
  9. What a load of ******. "To apply this restriction, there has to be a legal base, a reasoned justification to apply that hold-back, based on the assessed likelihood of disorder between fans." They don't need any legal base when kettling thousands of peaceful demonstrators for hours and hours. Just get the riot gear on, get the batons out and they do what the f*&^ they like.
  10. I also think its ******** also
  11. Hmmm. So your idea of fun is to gather round the Milwall fans, shout "******s" etc etc and generally beave like a total arsehole... let me guess - thick and ******ed?
  12. FWIW, I thought that when hammond went off we started losing midfield. Schnierderlin didn't fill that role. But credit to Milwall. This is a tough league - lots of clubs with genuine promition possibilities, and getting 3 poitns when, in honesty, we woldn't have felt cheated if we had only got 1, is prfetty damn good.
  13. you really think so, Dung?
  14. Try Ctrl and scroll your mouse wheel
  15. If you think it hit the staunchion you need a simpole lesson in geometry. OK, the shot could have been the bendiest swerving banana shot in histiry, bounced of the staunchion and done another bendiest banana thin gon the way out, or else it could have just hit the bar. I go for the conspiracy theiry myself - proof of aline life on earth to enable the ball to be so bendy. Or else it hit the bar
  16. Thought I would just remind you what the OP was about "..rumour...". FFS lighten up you lot. She is just saying what she heard. jeez, this site is pathetic. Sure, its low (zero?) chance, but that is no reason at all to slate ladySaint.
  17. Big deal! Great! Still a selling club then. Personally, i think our squad would be strnger with AOC.
  18. Not picking on you because a few people say this. OK, yesterday he kicked what i would say was too many long balls. But he MUST be doing this with the managers knowledge, approval and/or instructions. Nigel can see this too, so he must be telling kelvin before the game what to do with the ball. You can criticise hin if he throws it to the opposition, but for long hoof-balls then surely he is just obeying orders.
  19. Going by their track record it wont be, so dont get excited. And stock up your belly before entering the stadium.....
  20. Oh come on, exacklty how many clubs is someone expected to be "passionate" playing for? I reckon one, and only one, assumning you were borm a footy fan. The rest are jobs and hopefully jobs you can be enthusiastic about, but not so "passionate" that you go with little or no pay, bad conditions, better offer blah blah blah
  21. Can I change my vote from Bmouth to Uddersfield? Theydeserve it on tis and last seasons perfomances and i have stooped feeling sentimental after the promotin glow has worn off. Don't give a fucjk about Bmouth now
  22. Buy early, pay the wages for the (non-playing) summer, but make the forum posters happy. If it was my £50k per week i'd sign late, but if its someone else's, then sign them big names up soon please.
  23. You, sir, are an idiot: put 5 of her majesty's finest pennies on and you stand to win £50,000,000, enough to buy Huddersield and indeed most of Yorshire one imagines. You have foolishly wagered £9.95. PLus William Hill don't have £10 billion quid to pay you, so they wold go bust and you would end up with a chain of bookies shops on your hands. And still you could have got it for a £1 stake! What a waste of £9!
  24. Well they clearly deserve promotion on their great form this season, especially the last half dozen matches: I might prefer B'mouth to go up, but Hudderesfied have earned it. Best of luck.
  25. Its Plymouth's last home game of the season. We win, they will be down. They have had a really ****ty season, ne we are familiar with, so keep off the pitch and let them "say goodbye" to their team andmanager and start again next season.
