Was really annoyed at the final whistle - but when you think about it we were let down by a horror mistake and playing against a world class keeper. ANOTHER DAY - we would have won and comfortably. What a great day. Back in London already. Very special. The square was great and the welcome from Vitesse fans was brilliant. Only slightly ruined by the Feyenoord fans briefly causing havoc. Away end was great - second half was amazing, 20 minutes of Wanyama song was epic. Also nice to see the saints fans giving the group of Kenyans such a great reception and getting them involved. Funny to see Kenyan flags in the away end. All in all superb day.

Merci Morgan. What a superb player, the saddest departure yet. Hope he does well at United - he deserves it.

Palace signing Cabaye is very frustrating. I wonder why we didn't go in for him, would have been a good replacement for Morgan and a big, exciting signing. Anyone else slightly baffled. Also him going to Palace is equally frustrating as we haven't lost out to a big club but a bloody smaller one than us. Oh well.

226 appearances for us and a brilliant servant to the club. Won't get as much love as the attacking players, but he is the best player the club has had in the last 10 years. As good as Bale in terms of ability? Can't begrudge him wanting to play in the CL, at Stamford Bridge I was thinking he could get in the Chelsea team. Good luck to him.

Kind of relieved it is not cruciate/ACL stuff as that seems a real bastard. need a new keeper in the summer.
