Why we decided the best tactic was putting in loopy slow crosses into the middle was a good idea I will never know. Huth and Morgan found it so easy. Was really annoyed at the final whistle - but when you think about it we were let down by a horror mistake and playing against a world class keeper. ANOTHER DAY - we would have won and comfortably. Frustrated that Cedric and Juanmi two big summer signings just don't get a look in. I think it is made more annoying when you see Mahrez, Payet, etc absolutely flying.

What a great day. Back in London already. Very special. The square was great and the welcome from Vitesse fans was brilliant. Only slightly ruined by the Feyenoord fans briefly causing havoc. Away end was great - second half was amazing, 20 minutes of Wanyama song was epic. Also nice to see the saints fans giving the group of Kenyans such a great reception and getting them involved. Funny to see Kenyan flags in the away end. All in all superb day.

Merci Morgan. What a superb player, the saddest departure yet. Hope he does well at United - he deserves it.

Palace signing Cabaye is very frustrating. I wonder why we didn't go in for him, would have been a good replacement for Morgan and a big, exciting signing. Anyone else slightly baffled. Also him going to Palace is equally frustrating as we haven't lost out to a big club but a bloody smaller one than us. Oh well.

226 appearances for us and a brilliant servant to the club. Won't get as much love as the attacking players, but he is the best player the club has had in the last 10 years. As good as Bale in terms of ability? Can't begrudge him wanting to play in the CL, at Stamford Bridge I was thinking he could get in the Chelsea team. Good luck to him.

Agree with others, really enjoyable game to be at. Hazard is amazing to watch. Thought we were great, thought Morgan was superb, he could get into that Chelsea team which is saying something. Mane also great, and Shane Long did very well, just needs to improve his finishing. JWP was really poor when he came on it, I am not an expert but felt like a really hard game to come into. Finally anyone else in the lower tier see Ivanovic's horrendous dive at the end of the game. shocking.

Just got in. The celebration in the away end was magical. Was convinced we would never score. Few thoughts: Mane was superb, best player on the pitch and worked his socks off. All chances came through him. Yoshida did a great job at left back, not his position but played well and got the assist. didn't play great, but who cares.
