Ok - I think its fair to say that everyone on here would like to see Morgan in a Saints shirt for several years to come, and i'm no different. Now, I remember that when we signed him at the start of last season, somehow we managed pluck £1.2 million out of thin air to snap him up - leading to a rumour that in fact, Arsenal paid this money on our behalf, in return for first option on him after 2 years. Does anyone know what the deal is with this, whether this is true, and whether we'll be able to offer him a new contract? Will he be a Saints player next season?

Dislike - doesn't have to be a reason. There's loads of player's we've had that haven't been upto the mark - but I've not hated them all. Its not Lee Molyneux's fault that he's cr@p, so I don't dislike or detest the chap for it. And I loved Jesus. Absolutely loved him. I remember the West Brom game at St Marys, got fly kicked in the head by John Hartson, and rather than writhing around on the floor, he got straight up and carried on playing. Legend for me.

lol - I loved Zoltan. I actually did! It was just awesome that he was signed, a random Hungarian centre halve no-one had ever heard of - and he was brought off the bench, more often than not, to add some height up front. Couldn't hate him, he was well funny. lol

True - I'll always be behind the team no matter whose playing for us. We're merely moaning about people who've now gone.....

Cortese was on the TV the other day suggesting he and Markus want us to compete with the likes of Utd and Arsenal - I reckon our proposed new stadium will be much more than 40,000. These boys are thinking big, and I love it!

Totally with you there mate. The whole reason for creating this thread was hearing a load of Reading supporting mates always whining about their players - I used to do the same, but this year is the first year where I've not actually hated any of our players or wonder why they're in the team etc.

I don't hate Paul. I don't hate anyone that is a bit t*rd, but always gives their all. In fact, I found it quite hard to hate anyone last season, a lot of players were just thrown into the team. Mcgoldrick mind, i had to hate. The boy obviously has talent, he's just lazy and work shy at times.

Suppose that lends itself to Jermaine Wright. In fairness, not someone I hated, but definitely wanted to punch him a number of times.

Oh god - Idiakez - I almost forgot about him. He was woeful. I expected so much from him when we snapped him up, he was utter parp.

Every season since we've been out of the Premiership, we've had a number of players that we've absolutely detested for one reason or another, and wish would just disappear or sort it out. My question to you - who have you detested and why? Here's an example of some of the players i'm talking about, and why. Fuller - couldn't stand the player - he just couldn't score and ran around like a headless chicken missing chance after chance. He came back after his loan spell, and went on a good run, but I just couldn't bring myself to like him. Rasiak - despite scoring plenty of goals for us in his first season and a half, I couldn't stand him - minimal workrate, incredibly lazy and absolutely loved himself. McGoldrick - worst of the bunch for me. Top scorer last season, but again, lazy, missed an absolute hatful of chances and had less vision than a one-eyed bat at times. Never seemed to want to pass the ball. Seemed like a proper jack-the-lad as well, and was amazed Forest wanted to pay us £1 million for him whilst we were in administration. lol.

From where i was, looked a cracking free kick in fairness. Can't do much about that. But, we dominated the game from start to finish, and think its well funny people can complain about our biggest league win (and probably our best performance at home) of the season! COYR!
