Was he actually in the gantry, or was he summarising in the comfort of the studio? If he was in the studio, not many of us will have known about it, and it's in the quiet corner of the stadium.

A potential £15 million, with £12 million of that guaranteed (from various press reports), is a CRACKING deal for us - a 17 year old lad that's never played above the 3rd tier of English football. Wasn't happy with the way he seemingly engineered the move, by coming out and specifically stating he wanted to leave, but I imagine he was heavily influenced to do so by his father, whose been quite vocal on the whole issue since January. I genuinely hope he goes on to fulfil that potential (we'll get full whack of the add ons), it'll be another testament to the best (imo) academy in Britain.

Agreed. Had a "moment" in the first half which lead to a nervy passage of play, but other than that, kept it simple and defended well. Good job lad.
