  1. Have you plugged it on and switched it on?
  2. ....is playing Warhammer whilst in his pants
  3. I agree 110% there mate and think you have hit the nail on the head with the suggestion of a young and talented manager who has saints in his heart. That's why Tommy Widdrington shouldn't be overlooked.
  4. Just join the navy if you want to do that sort of thing.
  5. Jesus. If this is the thing that has made you happy for "the first time in years" then god knows what your life is like. You poor sod. (By the way, I also feel optimisitc)
  6. Nonsense. It is not this one penalty miss that has cost us, it is a season of being sh*t that has sent us down. That is a collective responsibility.
  7. No, it's not a disaster. We have been relegated and hopefully can start next season with new owners and some opitimism. 10 points is 3 wins and a draw and for some reason I think we will be able to make that up and get a play off place. We need a fresh start and complete clean out. I would never describe things like this as a "disaster" because life is more important than football and stuff like this (and if you don't think it is then you need to sort your life and priorities out)
  8. Michael, could you put the milk bottles out when you get in tonight? Thanks darling. xx
  9. +1 If you love Norway so much norwaysaint, why don't you f*ck off there to live?
  10. Would you grill, fry or oven bake a fillet of cod?
  11. He sounds like Mystic Meg.
  12. I woke up this morning covered in my own vomit. Mrs Wiltshire Saint had slept in the spare room because the stench was overwhelming. She has been rather corss with me today. She asked what happened for me to get into the state I was in and I just broke down and cried. I told her all about how we lost yesterday and now we were almost certainly going down. I told her all about administration and how I might see the club I love go out of existence. I told her about how we used to battle and beat relegation on numerous occasions. She told me to clean the sick up and stop being a tw*t. She called me a baby and said "it's only football and you sound sh*t anyway and deserve to go down".
  13. I would like to add my congratulations to Nigel Pearson. The job he has done at Leicester is nothing short of a miracle. He has brought that team up with style and panache. Just to think, that could have been us. Oh well, we shouldn't moan about these thngs and focus our attention on the man of the moment, NP. Not only a brialliant manager but an incredible bloke as well. Tough but fair, gut wrenchingly honest with both himself and his players, exactly the sort of man not just suitable for the Saints but for England as well. Well done Nigel! You will always have a true fan in Wiltshire.
  14. I am willing to give Buzzin some life experience. I will bum him in.
  15. I have posted on this site from 5 continents and my daughter goes to private school and she is only two. My wife has 3 cars and I own a jet.
  16. I have been on holiday in Spain for a week and I bumped into someone pretty closely connected to Saints while out there (promised not to mention his name) and he was suggesting that someone like Widdrington is being lined up for us when we're in L1. He wou;dn't confirm TW definitely, but reading between the lines, I think we have found our man and it's just a case of waiting. I am very excited about the prospect to be honest and if nothing else it will make a few people on here eat their words (and probably some humble pie as well!).
  17. Is David Armstrong living in Sweden now? All those letters and phone calls of application over the years must have cost a bit.
  18. Message to all the positive people:
  19. And I notice that you cannot prove that "we need someone with experience" is a fact. Maybe you want to give it a go now? While you're at it can you explain this vendetta you have against TW?
  20. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!1 LOL!!! "if we get relegated" People should take note of the David Armstrong thread where Tommy Widdrington is getting just as many backers as Tisdale is on this thread. Personally I would go for TW over PT. He has a fire in his belly.
  21. Can you prove it's not fact and while you're at it can you prove that us needing someone with experience is a fact. What irritates me about this club is the way that we have clearly f*cked up in a big way and there is a clear and sensible way out of the situation, but we never seem to take the sensible and easy route. I hope that L1 football begins with us being taken over (not by billionaires, but people with a long term interest in the club) who appoint TW and build a strong, young team made up of local lads who will fight for the name. TW has experience in managing and knows the club.
  22. Well there a couple of points here. Firstly, I don't think Shearer is the right person for Newcastle because of his lack of experience. Secondly, the reason he was appointed was because he is a figure head for Newcastle. David Armstrong is not a figure head for Saints. He is a very good player from our hey day who now needs to stop talking and stop applying for the Saints job. As for TW, we will never know the truth behind the story. All I know is that (1) he would be good for us (2) He is a saints man (3) he has experience and (4) he is better bet than David Armstrong. I think I am now out of posts, but if you could imagine that anything you post regarding TW and DA I would respond with "rubbish! TW is perfect for us and it's not too late"
  23. I heard that Tommy Widdrington was keen. Now he would have done a great job. What experience has Armstrong got? Nothing. No wonder he wasn't given the job. Just because you once played for a clubdoesn't give you the right to either manage it or act like a loon and continually apply for the job over a period of 10 years. If you ran a business and someone with no experience applied for the same job endlessly for 10 years you'd think they were a big mental head. Anyway, the important thing in all of this is that Tommy Widdrington should have been given the job after Burley (probably before Burley) and then we wouldn't be in the mess we are in now. And, without wanting to sounf smug, there were a few of us saying as much on this board and we were laughed at. Time to eat some humble pie I think.
  24. Fotball is not just about results. It is about community. Football con provide entertainment for people but should play a wider role in society. To that end, I believe that 3 first team players should be Muslims, 3 should be Jewish, 3 should be Christians and there should be 3 balck, 3 white and 5 asians in the team (of any religion, so we could have a white jew or a black muslim etc) to help some of our more uneducated supporters learn something about different cultures and people. On top of that I think that 10% of the team should be homosexual and at least one player should have at least thought about a bit of bumming on more than one occasion. Imagine the tolerance that people would learn. It would be a beautiful moment for society and football.
  25. Get f*cked, you mentally subnormal c*nt
